I went on a saturday, and it was pretty busy. I told them I wanted a gel mani and a pedi. The lady doing my nails absolutely blew through them, and was put off with me when I asked her to paint the side of my nail which she completely missed. Come time for my pedi, she asked which service Id like, and I chose one of the pedicures with a longer massage time. She was so outwardly rude that I had chose this service.TLDR: if you go and its busy, be ready to have a shotty job done with poor customer service.

The first time I went they were very nice it was last minute and I came right when they closed and they still fit me in and it was great work and I paid $65 for my first set(pink tip) and they did such a good job I tipped and tired to come back with my sisters I came at 7:25 and they told me they were closed(and I know they close at 8)just because they saw me and my two sisters and didn’t want to do it because it was to many people so the next day I came back myself to get a fill in which I looked on the website and it cost $16 for a fill in and it was only a week later that I came back for the fill in so my nails didn’t really grow they charge me $40 for a fill in and two day after I got my nails don the paint started to chip then just came completely off and I hate leaving bad reviews I love supporting business and trying to advertise I posted my first set but now I do not recommend coming there!!!(and my second set was all white and the photos where 4 days after I got them done)

The man who did my toes were nice but the lady who did my nails did a really bad job. The first time I asked for this colorful set and it looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I gave up and asked for just a mat black set with some jewels. They look cheap, my thumb nail is misshaped and there were clumps of acrylic on the bottom side of my nails. I requested that nail tech because shes shown me amazing pictures of nails thats “shes” done. I got my nails done only 4 days ago jewels have already fallen off and the gel paint is shipping. I paid $125 and I’m extremely upset. Waste of money. I will not be returning.

Depends on the day you go.I love that they don’t enforce mask wearing, and they leave it up to each individual with what they’re comfortable with.First time I went was for a pedicure, and was in an out without issue.Second time I went, was on my lunch break for a dip manicure. I waited 10 to 15 minutes before I was directed to sit down to let my nails soak. 30 minutes later, I was still sitting with my nails soaking. Unfortunately I had to leave so I can get back to work.Again, I guess it just depends on the day you go and if you’re lucky or not.

The people here are very nice helpful and kind . My sister and I enjoyed our time there and the attention that they gave us

I was there on Saturday May 29th, 2021. I received the worst pedicure I have ever had. She kept trying to dig into the sides of my big toes. I told her it was hurting and she told me it would be ok. Now my toe is red and inflamed. Please whatever you do stay away from this place. No kidding I was done in 15 minutes and it was a spa deluxe.

Writing this for my wife since she wont write a review herself. She came home fuming from this place. She was bought a super deluxe pedicure gift certificate ($36) from a friend to this place late last year. Finally we got some time where she could go relax and treat herself. The gift card is good for a year so we are still within the time frame. When she gets there I guess the manager or whoever is supposedly the best over there is taking care of her and when she asks for the package on the gift certificate this lady GOES OFF on how she cant that package using the pre-paid gift certificate; the prices have gone up since COVID (the certificate was bought before then); they cant buy things from China anymore so things are more expensive; its going to cost her more, $40 is the price now (although below is a screen shot of what their prices are currently listed at on their website, $36.) My wife is not one at all for conflict so only briefly tries to defend the fact that the certificate states it is good for said package for a year (not mentioning the price on the certificate paid is what is listed on the website) but then the lady gets frustrated and angry and says whatever! But since this makes my wife feel very uncomfortable she asks if she can switch to a manicure package instead. Lady says yes because this is the price of the certificate (referring to super deluxe manicure, though again below online it is $31). When deciding on what to do with her nails she asks for the dip nails, to which she is told the price of that is again $40. OK fine $4 difference no big deal (though the price online is $37 for the dip manicure package). Apparently there was another tiff when choosing colors. Then when starting the lady says just so you know youre not getting the manicure with this, (which again, manicure is supposed to be part of the package, unless somewhere is says getting dip nail polish is going to cost you $40 but I cant find that anywhere on their website). At which point my wife is just so flustered and thinking now that if she says anything more, the lady will just get even more angry and do a terrible job on her for upsetting her. So in the end she just gets the nails dipped, no manicure and still has to pay the difference (40-36 = 4) + tip. Sure 4 bucks is not a big deal, but when you finally get a chance to go out and are expecting to sit back, relax and enjoy, then get so rudely dealt with and not get even close to what was already paid for by your friends for you to have, it leaves quite a bad taste in your mouth. Needless to say she will never be going back to this place.

It was ok. Nail technician was in a big hurry to get finished.I had to ask her to file my nails before applying polish. She was not happy.Pedicure was same way. I could have used more smoothing on my heels.

Had a horrible experience the lady that was doing my pedicure did not understand me she rushed and did a horrible job I tried to tell her but she did not listen I tried telling the owner but she did not pay attention to me she ignored me and kept on yelling at this other person never coming back would not recommend

Kim is the best! She is friendly, professional, and very good. Everything she does is perfection and exactly what you ask for. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. The establishment is clean and reasonably priced. I recommend this place and highly recommend Kim. Call and make an appointment. Also, they have many colors to select.

Love Tulip! The staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. They are always kind, gracious, and respectful. I usually get the super deluxe pedicure with gel and it feels fantastic and lasts a long time. I have tried other salons but some were not clean, others caused pain. Now Tulip has my complete loyalty and I can’t imagine having a bad experience here.

They did really good nails for me and I’m in love. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and kept checking on me while doing my nails.

Thought my nail tech was rude. This was my very first pedicure. She was rude when I met her at the counter and was trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. She was also rude when I asked if there was somewhere I could hang my jacket. Seemed like a great imposition for her. I’m not sure because I do not understand their language, but I believe the male tech spoke to her regarding her rudeness because she seemed a bit kinder when she spoke to me afterwards. My tech does not deserve any stars. However she was only one of the techs there. But her lack of professionalism looks bad on the whole establishment.

Went to Tulip Nails for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is friendly yet professional, and the staff is wonderful! Nancy and Kim did a great job on my mani/pedi and the facility was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. I especially enjoyed the beautiful saltwater fish tank that is a focal point in the room where Kim did my pedicure. Thank you both for a very relaxing afternoon. Went in for pedicure and dip acrylic nails this morning. It was my second time there. Had different nail techs each visit. Pedicure was great both visits. Nails were great first visit second time was not very good. Im still pondering how people work in personal service industry that cant speak English well...Im giving two stars because of the lack of communication with client.

Came here with my friend on her birthday. They gave us a margarita, fruit cup and even sang her happy birthday and gave her a cupcake! Our nails looked great and the staff was super sweet! Best place I have been in a really long time.

I usually enjoy a 5 star service. But not today the manicurist had a bad attitude and argued on everything. She didnt even let me was off the residue before applying lotion left a feeling of yuk!

Less than impressed. went on a Saturday, fast service and all. Cool. But they did my nails so fast. they look like they were rushed, theyre too thin and less than a week two broke because they werent done well. Ive never in my life had my nails break so fast. the price I paid for them and for them to be rushed and not well done isnt okay to me. will not be back. Who the heck has had a full set done in 30 minutes?! Not me.

It was a terrible experience. The lady I had was rude and rough. I wanted to cry. She kept wanting to add things on and charged me. I never got a drink or a neck warmer. She barely massaged my feet. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I even told the guy how I felt when he asked me. He didn’t offer to do anything. He only said well you should of asked for someone else if you weren’t happy

Tulips is a great nail salon. Their nail techs are friendly and you are offered your choice of beverage (water, soda, beer, wine, or margarita). They even brought out a little fruit plate. Their prices are standard. The atmosphere and the cleanliness of their facility puts you at ease.

I said I wasnt going back because the guy had to redo my gel nails 2 times and then the manager had to fix. Went back again with a friend and this time I got a lady. She was nice even after I had to get manager. I dont know if she was high or maybe she couldnt see but she kept missing the polish bottle and my toes then the lost her brush( she put it in drawer). This woman completely messed up my toes😡...will not be going back.

The only reason Im giving them 2 stars is because my pedicure looks lovely. The service is awful. I tried this place on recommendation of my hair dresser, and I was initially impressed by the beautiful and peaceful facilities. It was my only day off, after working 60 hours and I was looking forward to some relaxation. I was thoroughly disappointed. I requested the super super deluxe pedicure package, which included an hour long massage. They actually use timers to show their progress and to keep track of the time. I walked in at exactly 2:30 and signed in and was out, toes dry by 3:30, so I certainly did not get what I paid for. I even witnessed the man taking care of my pedicure move the timer from fifteen minutes to five minutes! What a rip off! I was incredibly angry when I saw this, but held my tongue. I still tipped the man in the end since I too work in the service industry, but he would have gotten a far better tip had he not rushed the time. On another note, the hot stones and hot towels they use were barely warm and the massage was incredibly sub par. This was definitely not worth the $51 plus tip that I paid. Ive received far better service for $40 at the nail salon in Temple mall. I will never go back again to this place, and I caution others to try it. By the end of this review Ive even revoked a star and given this place 1 star. While the pedicure turned out nicely, the service was just plain awful.

It was great nice place and employees...except for the guy who did my toes! Seems like he had an attitude, I was leaving and noticed he poorly polished my toes. Had to go back in, another guy there was virtually nice and repolished for me, no problem! Thank you Sir!!! Lol

I let the man know ahead of time I was not doing any polish and just a clear full setBlack fuzz was in the gel of my thumb nail and he proceeded to tell me it was my “ natural nail “ under and it’s clear so it just showsAfter asking two other employees , both agreeing with him that was my natural nail underneathAs if I’m blind and dumb and have grown black fuzz on my nails my whole life and even if I did all that rough filing would have got it off ! ( 4 cuts)He finally filed the gel half way down after trying to say I was done so rudely and to go wash my hands and bam before he even got half way the fuzz layer was removed ! Guess it was not naturally my finger after all right!Idiots

Great place to go for a girls day! They offer cocktails (on the house) , great atmosphere, and quality service. The salon stations are always clean and the staff is very attentive and accommodating.

Went in to get a pedicure & mani with my friend for the first time and when I checked out I paid 40$ cash and my friends was 53$ plus a little extra when she decided to get her eyebrows waxed. We figured her nails cost more because they were longer & two different powders. Couple days later my friends bank statement said 95$!!!!!! She went up there and apparently they said they charged her for a 29$ pedicure that they forgot to charge me for, yet I only asked/got the 23$ one. On top of that she asked for her receipt and THESE PEOPLE SCRATCHED OUT HER TIP AND ADDED THEIR OWN AMOUNT! So BEWARE!Pedicure was okay, but I got white tips and the guy who did them did an awful job and was telling me what I should want. Will not be coming back!

They are extremely friendly. Definitely a place to treat yourself. Now one thing I reccomend is to pay attention to how much your spending.

I have read the reviews and am surprised that after 6 years of going regularly to this place for manicures, pedicures, eyebrow waxing, full sets, I have NEVER had anything close to this experience. Theyve gotten too close a time or two and as soon as I said something, they apologized and were more cautious. If they dont offer me a cocktail (though they have a young man working for this particular purpose), I ask and am happily accommodated. If my nail chips within a week, I go back and theyve never been rude about correcting the problem. Ive never been MADE to get something I dont want. One time, I did try something different after it was offered, but didnt like it. So, I went back to the regular way next time. They have always been respectful, polite and accommodating which is why I dont go anywhere else.

Love love all the staff here! They definitely make you feel so welcome and at home! And love that they stay an hour late to make sure you get service!

The only reason why its getting one star is because the message part of the pedicure was fine but the painting part is horrible it looks so messy and uneven. She asked if it was ok and I said yes because far away it looked fine but as I was letting it dry I looked closer and notice how sloppy it actually was. My friend had to go home or else I would have made them fix it but from what I could tell there attitude was bad and Im sure they wouldnt have done it right the second time. It was more trouble than it was worth so I paid and left but I will never go back or recommended it to anyone.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Ive always had bad experiences here but yesterday I decided to give it one last try. I got a gel manicure (which Ive had done many many times) she put a bottle with a purple label on me the second she did that my finger nails turned purple they felt like they were on fire it was an awful pain. I had to quit the gel manicure right away and go for a regular even though I was still in pain. They also tried to blame it on me saying I was sensitive when Ive done this a hundred times. My cousin is a professional and she asked me if they used a product with the same name and purple label on it and said that is highly illegal they are not allowed to use that it has burned people skin off, my flesh under some of my finger nails is no longer connected to my nails. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Not worth the pain. The staff has also always been rude.

I spent $50 on a manicure I didnt want , I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted she proceeded to do it , but while she was doing my nails she was acting like she was unsure on how to do the design I wanted , she finished and I swear it was the worst thing I seen I Belive a 12 year can do better I told her no thats not what I wanted she said it looked nice but it was far from nice! So I told her just to do a plain simple pink color she still managed to mess that up too. So I just paid and left a week and a half later you could see the paint coming off and the nail growing out already. Place inside of Walmart is WAY better at least there they do my nails perfect and they way I wanted and way cheaper! I will not suggest anybody there . They had also messed up my sister pedicure the white part was not even they line was jagged.

Went in on Saturday and the ONLY person that was nice was the guy that gave the drinks. The girl that did my pedicure was not that bad as far as attitude wise, however I would have just got a regular pedicure if the Super Deluxe Pedi was going to feel the same (VERY RUSHED). The one that did my full set was absolutely RUDE! I dont know what her name was nor do I care to know it because I will NEVER go back and be treated like that. She rolled her eyes number of times, she didnt even know the prices to anything and when I asked if I could get the shape a certain way she would say $5 extra, (but again, didnt know the prices)and you will not know what you are paying for until you go up to pay because none of their prices are the same as whats on their menu. My nails ALREADY have a yellow tint to them and are not smooth, have chips on a few of them like I have been wearing them for a month and it hasnt even been 48 hours! NOT to mention, instead of gently tapping my hand to switch to the next she would either slap it as if I was a child being told no or push it away. AGAIN, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. She should stay in the back folding towels if she hates her job that much!!!!

Went in for a manicure. The lady stayed on her Bluetooth headset the whole time and I thought she was talking to herself until I realized she was on the phone. My manicure looks sloppy. She left Polish on my fingers. I am absolutely done with going here. I was never offered a cocktail and was basically treated like crap.

The last two times Ive gone in, they were very rude to me. One of the men cut my toenail at an angle, and it hurts now. They used to be very good, but now they just tear my toes up.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE! Yesterday after working a 12hr shift over night, they didnt want me to eat my very small snack, immediately wanted to soak my nails off, BUT brought me fruit. So whats the difference? I apologized and asked to eat my food and explained why, but they didnt Care. Then after I told them what I wanted to be done to my nails, they told me what they were going to do. Like Im a rookie at this. I let it slide. The pedi tech continued to get way too close to my cuticle because she was rushing. When she tried the same with my hands, I pulled away. I told her she was hurting me. She told me to stop looking at what she was doing. I told her, I get Manis ALL the time. Its not supposed to hurt. Then she slowed down and wasnt cutting against my cuticle so roughly. My nails look decent, but less than mediocre.

Worst experience ever. Went in for a manicure and they spent a whole 5 minutes filing my nails and put a clear coat of polish (which I requested) and charged me $16!!!!!!! I WAS IN THE BUILDING 5 MINUTES!!!! The lady acted like she was in such a rush when it was 10:30 in the morning and not busy AT ALL! Needless to say I wont be returning and wouldnt recommend for anyone else to either!
