Brilliant gym. Best in the area. Provides all the basic amenities (lockers, steam bath etc). Certified gym trainers. Two floors for all sorts of workouts be it weight lifting, body building, athletic conditioning or Calisthenics.

It stays open for a large part of the day (additional payments are required for it though).Recently my brother fractured his back due to a defective Smith Machine. So may need to look out for that. Gym accidents are very common, however.

A very good gym for men and women. Here you will get a good trainer and the environment is safe and very good. Enriched with many equipments and they also offer yoga classes, aerobics, zumba classes also. This is a popular gym in this area. Only friday the gym remains off. Other 6days from morning 8am it is open. They also give schedule of different class times. For mone information you can go direct there or you call. Them.
