They did not help me with the money issue which was gone despite being transferred to their fund from the bank. I also shown them the full transaction details I did for my NID name change but they did not provide me any service. My money just went in the air.

As with the office, at least the contact number should have been kept active. They also have to go to their office for a small amount of information, which is a very ridiculous thing in the current era.
