I enjoyed my meal here....welcoming staff and meat was cooked as i ordered

While in Baku, I wanted to try Hard Rock cafe so went to Nizami Street to have a dine-in .I must say the place was absolutely rocking. Tha ambiance was great and the food was awesome without a doubt. The quality of the food was above average and appetizing.

The staff were not very welcoming. I’m starting to think tourists are not welcome in Baku, there has been a trend with the attitude. The waiter was not accommodating and the food was super cold. How is a burger served cold? How are onion rings served cold? The waiter did not even bother with heating to exchanging the meals. The manager came over to the table and was courteous enough to offer an exchange (we declined) and he knocked off one order off the bill. This is customer service (a little too late). Overall experience was not pleasant.

The ribs were good, the wings were perfect. The music awesome. Loved it.

Weve made reservations and spent my Birthday here. The atmosphere is very good, a live band was performing that night with some classic rock and surprised me with a birthday song.Very attentive staff, great menu and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back here again for a night of rock n roll!

Enjoyed the meal at HRC Baku.. Their alcoholic milk shakes were amazing and so was the pulled pork sandwich.

Funtastically Rocking! The live performance by the Russian band was ahmazing! Had a great time. New York Cheesecake & Mango Tango were lipsmacking delicious!

Accessible location its in the Old City which is like the central spot for all locals and tourists. The prices are in its decent price i believe being a tourist. Ambience inside was cosy and nice as usual trademark to all Hard Rock cafes 🎸. We visited last March and there were no live entertainment back then but sound were good 👍 Service is fast and efficient Kudos to everyone!

It is awesome place to hang out after whole day stress out worked since am. The waitress really kind and nice. They always smile. They have souvenior store at ground floor and the Cafe on the second floor. You can request to sing but you have to take turn with their usual singer here. The place close at 1:00 am. We were had 3 song singing on the stage and their audience were super supportive.

I needed some American vibes and i got them here. Super loud music, friendly and professional staff, burger was good, and most importantly that have really good margarita. It has a high chairs at the bar, booth and tables.

Good food not expensive value for money

This is the best place in Central Baku, or maybe in the world! There are a lot of tasty food and drinks, the atmosphere is so frendly and nice. Im strongly recommend to visit this amazing place!

The service was great. Superman( nickname of the waiter that served us) amazing guy.We ordered tupelo chicken tenders, the big chesseburger and atomic burger. Food was great. I recommend it. It is one of the most delicious restaurants I visited in baku.

A special American-style restaurant. Loud music can be heard everywhere. It was a wonderful experience for me. This restaurant has very good food but it is a bit expensive. Also, loud music may make you dizzy. I loved it here...

This hard Rock Cafe in central Baku is very welcoming as the staff and waiters are. We did enjoy a nice meal, cooked exactly as we wanted. Of course, musical atmosphere is always nice for rock lovers at Hard Rock Cafe and this one in Baku was not an exception! A place to be to get a great burger and why not a cocktail ;-)

A far cry from its counterparts. I have been to Dubai Hard Rock Cafe and this one just feels like a glorified t-shirt shop in comparison. However, food and music is good so theres some saving grace to the place.

Burgers, nachos and cocktail are good, bartenders and service personnel are very professional and kind.

Good location. The meals are tasty. A wide choice of drinks and desserts. Very friendly staff and fast serving. Nice music.The prices are a little bit expensive so be ready to get a bill more than expected.

The food is pricey, but the servings are large and the food is very good and well prepared. The sides, especially the macaroni and cheese, are large enough to serve as a meal. The staff is friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that the music is incredibly loud. Its impossible to carry on a conversation without having to scream so that your friends and the waiter can hear you. The music is great, though! I enjoyed visiting and getting some delicious macaroni and cheese!

I visited the place with my family. Loved the atmosphere, background music and cleanliness very much. Kids menu was a nice surprise. The food was delicious, loved it. Personnel very friendly and helpful. We were there on a weekend afternoon, the place was not too crowded or noisy. Will definitely come back.

Band was very good, played mostly English rock hits. Drinks were fine and well priced. The crowd wasnt really the party or dancing type though.

A typical Hard Rock franchise, located smack in the centre of town.Not a very diverse menu, but the foods great. A great spot to chill for a couple drinks and diner-styled American cuisine.

We ordered 2 burgers, but they only brought one. Afterwards they closed the kitchen. Burger was good, service was not so.

I went today for lunch. Very bad service, for Hard Rock Cafe...Because of Covid-19 they didnt have menu!!!You should scan a bar-code with your smartphone to see the menu in PDF format in your smartphone (not functionable)!!!Personally, i take care very much this period, but this was too much , no practical at all.Also the service at the beginning was bad, they didnt help at all, i had to shout...Totally stupid situation...I wont go again...

More Expensive and less taste

First of all menu is a bit expensive but it is okay. But tonight live performance... no way... when i asked staff for maybe band plays some real rock they answer me this is electronic rock! You couldnt listen to real electronic rock like Muse radio head and a tones of bands which play real rock in this place at least Tonight. Maybe next week.Right now band plays “lean on” by DJ Snake and Major Lazer!!! Is it electronic rock?!!!I just read on google hard rock cafe found in England. I think they should watch “The Founder” movie to understand what s meaning of franchise. Disappointed. I try local Irish bars!

A very good place to go. Food is amazing as expected. Structure and decoration is good. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Worth a visit if you are in town.

Visited here for lunch meal on the Baku F1 weekend. Food really was usual great. Service was very good. Would recommend.

Now this is what I call tourist trap. Expensive like hell. For sure something unique. Burger place in a kebab country... If you are a tourist I strongly advise the local cuisine. But for locals I see the point of a place like this, it is exotic.

Seems like a tourist money-grab in the middle of a popular street. The atmoshpere is quite nice, decorations and music played is good. The waiters are respectful. The nachos they offer are good. Burgers, not so much. Desserts are good. Most food is way too greasy, like the fajitas and etc. Overpriced, but its Hard Rock Café.

Had the combo sampler platter, a great drink that came with a glass, and some chicken-mac-n-cheese. Food was great, waiter was even better. Perfect music volume, you could still talk, but loud enough to hear. Great atmosphere in a great location next to the Old City. Great dining experience, highly recommend. Reasonable walk to Hilton, JW Marriott.

The prices are high. The music is good and the staff is good. Ive enjoyed the restaurant and the hamburger was delicious.

My favorite in Baku. Hopefully I had a chance to have live music by the band in my first visit. The staff was e energetic and dancing all the time. Lively place.

The food was an inedible salt fest. The beet kale spinach salad was made with lettuce. Once the staff was informed of the inconsistencies, they insisted that it was spinach... The chicken wings and the spicy shrimp were covered in sauce and smelt terrible. We hardly touched anything on our table. The staff paid little attention to service and the detail that HRC is known for.

Nothing beats an ice cold ERDINGER

An amazing stylish cafe. Food is amazing, with reasonable prices. The interior decoration is just so cool, and so into rock.However the music is loud, since they are playing just hard rock music.The place is clean, and always organiser.About the service, its really slow. It took me around one hour to get my food, and about 30minutes to get the check at the end. Which is annoying, if you are in a hurry.

EPIC! Probably one of the best meals I had during my time on the Mongol Rally from the UK to Mongolia (now in Cambodia) and it was one of the places I remember and wish I could eat at again. Great job. Great food. Go if youre in the area!

The seating area outside is lively and lovely especially that you can see whoever passes by on nizami street. However customer service there is slow. And music doesnt reach outdoors which is annoying. Food was amazing!!

I am not a big fan of HRC around the world, but in Baku I find it to be a great localized offering of the original. Staff is generally attentive, quick and witty. This is a great example of how people perform their jobs better when they are allowed to have some fun. The food is always good and I have tried just about everything from the Menu. The pulled lamb barbeque sandwich is my favorite. The drink selection in the menu is different than most places and the bartenders will always whip you up something of your, or their, own design. The place is clean and noise is moderate (It is a rock n roll bar after all!). For a place to eat it is great! For a place to hang out I find it is refreshing because there are no working girls fishing for clients, while there is obviously a good mix of ladies and gentleman.Good food, Good drinks, good staff, good atmosphere and good clientele... it does come at a slightly higher price than most places in Baku but I find it to be well worth it!

Great place to hangout. It is located right in the heart of the city. Good selection of meals and beverages. Check this place out if you are around. However, served food is not so tasty. So far, Ive tried two different burgers, ceaser salad and pork ribs, I need to say there is a lot of room for improvement.

Came with my family to have a quick lunch. My tenderloins came medium rare instead ofmedium and the broccoli that came with it was off and very bitter. Nevertheless the mash potato on the side was great. The good thing was that staff have actually asked how things were and have taken onboard our concerns. We have been offered complimentary drinks but to my regret, latte while drinkable, was not up to standards with milk overfrothed. Might visit again, but unsure at this stage.

Its perfect, the atmosphere is really spectacular, playing rock music all the night feels like old America so youll love it and the only thing which is more important than the atmosphere is its staffs, you need to know that all of them can speak English with fluency and they are very polite, there is a mini shop at the front door its nice and dont get there too late they close the kitchen.

Shop is too small. Food is good. You can order hot drinks which are not in the menu.
