They have good rooms,well spacious.The included breakfast they give is actually pretty nice.Charge could have been a little less!

This place says they are Good for Couples but then they harass you when you want to bring your girlfriend. They have completely placed misleading information and the worst thing is they did not return me a single penny, even though I left right after I got humiliated infront of my girlfriend and was in the room for 5 minutes with one of their managers. I never touched anything in the room. Completely unacceptable behavior so please do yourself a favor and never book here.

Its nice apartment type hotel bt there room furnitures become very old and not clean at all.i was in a deluxe room which for two person bt everything was one piece in the room.Then no menu book for restaurant, which was empty later we need to call them and ask them for menu.And there breakfast also have limited item.

Best hotel within budget.

Pocated inside a building. no separate entrance. very difficult to identify from outside because of small banner above the gate in a odd corner. also no lightings in the banner which makes it more hard to find at night time. lift is small in comparison to the capacity of the building. inside decoration is nice and clean. stuffs are co operative and well behaved. very few rooms are available with less variation. price is very high in comparison to the service and others.

It is a value for money accommodation for everyone single traveller or family, traveling for business or tourism. It has very clean and tidy environment. Food is great. Waiters are friendly and helpful. A big problem is it is situated in Green Road where traffic is very high all time. But it is very easy to communicate to whole Dhaka city.

NAAS Serviced Apartment is situated at Green Road, very convenient place. I was there 4 days. Inside Rooms are very good, clean & services are well. Manager is very cooperative.

NAAS Serviced Apartments, a very homely place to stay in. They have full furnished apartments which is very clean. It also provides 24-hour front desk for the convenience of the guests.

I stayed here a little overpriced compared to the facilities. Not much of a selection and choices. Service is good but the facility isn’t up to the scratch.

Behaviour of the manager is good, specially Mr mizan.But food delivery is little bit late. Otherwise good

Youll never be alone in your room, even if you are traveling alone. Why? Because youll meet a lot of cockroaches. They are everywhere that is, bathroom, bedroom and cupboard. The bed and pillows are very hard. There is not a single socket in the room. You will get a kettle but it is not attached to any electric point.Living room only has a fan and no AC. Bedroom has a window AC. Bathroom is very small and it is difficult to wear clothes inside. Tap and wash basin are located outside the bathroom.It is not a serviced apartment since it lacks a kitchen, a washing room a work table, chair, plates and cutlery. Bedsheets, towels and pillow covers are very dirty and stained.So, do not stay there until very necessary.

I stayed at NAAS room 10 late October 2019 for 10 days with my wife. We travelled in from the UK and my wifes family stay around the corner. For us, it ticked all the right boxes. It was secure, provided meals at any time, had a/c, hot and cold running water, room cleaned every day. Plus you have a fridge but no microwave. The negatives although this may have changed, no facility to wash clothes - but not a major show stopper.The most important thing is that the room was secure. That should be the takeaway from this review. One more interesting thing to note was that my wife and I had our photo taken and passport checked to see if we were married! Yes, I know, but then again why not. These establishments need to exist for travellers. Also loads of places to eat nearby although you may die of hunger due to poor traffic conditions - no fault of NAAS.OMG, forgot to mention - they have wifi with a decent connection. Had no problems connecting up to my work account or watch Netflix.The staff are excellent and incredibly helpful. Planning to update this review as we will be taking a larger room. I would say give them a call and see how much they are going to charge for the duration and then haggle on the price. They can also collect you from the airport but didnt try this service. May try this time and give you an update.
