ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW PLEASE USE THIS SERVICE WITH YOUR OWN RISKFirstly, the internet speed is not good as much as they promised. Secondly, their behaviour is very BAD. I once called the service center for a problem and after making a second call , the service provider on the phone talked in an unruly manner in a harsh tone.I do not recommend this service at least in mirpur DOHS. BTCL is better in my opinion than this trash link 3. Although BTCL is not much responsive, atleast better than response of link 3.

Internet service providers and beside Internetthey have some valuadded sevice like domin and Hosting services, Website side design.Their service quality is good but insome way price is little bit high.

They dont treat people as people... Mirpur zone is facing blackouts every 2/3 days but they appear to be very comfortable with it. A renowned company (for the sale of their own reputation) should have made a permanent solution to any kind of persistent problems but do they care? Seems not.

Horrible service. An issue gets solved only after the 5th call to the customer service and would take weeks. I have used link3 for 7 years now- and have now decided to look for options. They just lost an otherwise loyal customer.

Worst internet

The most trash isp I have ever seen. I have been complaining constantly but that wont work... I have to settle with the threat of changing the isp but that also wont work... Your lies should be public and please dont go around saying that youre the best isp because youre clearly not.

Their service isnt as good as it used to be. When there is a problem with the internet, it is very hard to reach the customer care. Whenever we call them, a pre recorded voice says there are no agents that can receive my call.

I waiting for reconnection for last 3 days agter paying the fees. Call center is continuesly telling that they have forwarded to the TEAM. Really unpleasan.

Great environment for a corporate office.

They are, specially call center, very rude to potential customers. Maybe their job as secured as government officials thats why they are very much reluctant to help people... Their tone is not polite at all...

At this rate, they will go out of business. Started with them back in June of 2017. For about a year and a half, they were good. Then I made the mistake of upgrading my speed, and suddenly, I was paying more for worse service. I made some complaints back in October of 2018, and after a few visits, the service improved. Then again, they unilaterally upgraded my service in February, and then changed modem, and lo and behold, my 25Mbps service went down to below 2Mbps , if I was lucky. Despite multiple multiple requests to fix, it, they havent. Things improve for 2 or 3 days, and then its back to the low speeds. Horrible horrible service. If they are doing this to a loyal customer of nearly 2 years, imagine what they will do to you. Dont use them.

Great IPS

Too complicated, their people are not very communicative and dont tell you everything before you sign up. In short, if you dont need internet immediately they are perfect for you.

So far, my experience is quiet fine with Link3 technologies..... Im satisfied with their network, speed, customer care service and payment method........ Hopefully they will continue their service like this in future....

Worst support center. Their call center is terrible. No one picks up the call at night. They should not say that they are providing 27×7 support. After waiting 30 minutes they just said goodbye. This is just disgusting.

Lately they have been horrible. Their customer service has to be one of the worst now. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years now. The service is deteriorating day by day.

Extremely poor service. Ancient management to process bill. Never sends bill on time but disconnect perfectly. Has to call 20 times to solve the billing problem. Stay out of them as there are 100s ISPs avail.

Dodgy and fraud Internet service provider. They kept sending marketing sms and promised to pay 300 taka cash back for 6 months for returning customers but never did. They said there are hidden rules where you have to keep paying full monthly bill at a time to get cash back. But they never mention it when you sign up for the offer. My advice to others will be to never get tempted by their marketing offer sms. They will always find something and you will not get what you wanted after you joined them.

Worst ISP, I ever seen. Took my money 7 days ago and didnt even connect my connection yet. Customer care people are so stupid that they dont even know what they actually do when the submarine cable maintenance on going. Told me that all of their engineers and technicians are busy because of submarine cable maintenance. What the hell !!!? Dont you have system admin to change the routes?

Very poor and much lingering call centre service. Response is average but the engineering service is below standard. Most of all, being an advance user of internet (Not Facebooking & browsing YouTube), expectations from Link3 bandwith offering of 15/20 Mbps (Shared) and the real time user experience is much below from offering standard.

Well, good luck with that because when you call them, they are gonna redirect you to many Dicks and Harrys(their marketing officers) who absolutely dont know how to behave with their customers. I have been quite impressed by the customer service when going into the Banani Link3 office, however, aside from that, it has been awful.If something has gone wrong, I always get the feeling that I am at fault. For example, I called today because my internet wasnt working and was told that I had logged out of the system, which of course was not true. It was a system fault, which is understandable, but instead of apologising I was made to feel like I was burdening them.The phone staff have a serious attitude problem.The wifi speed also appears to have taken a dip recently.Not impressed.

Very bad service. I have been using for 2 years but the service has been so bad that i had to call the customer care every month at least 2 times to complain. They would give some lame excuses. And they would puck up after a long time after calling. Very much dissatisfied.
