This place is great for the price and for the supliels that they have there also give gift cards.

They overcharged me to service my console. And didnt even clean it properly. I found dirt still hanging from it. Has a good collection of games at gold prices.

PS4 Controllers are fake and their games and consoles are overpriced. The woman at the counter is very rude and doesnt know how to behave with customers properly. And her helper is so stupid that he believes the ps4 controller are version 2 where as it was clearly version 1 fake controllers

This is probably the most reliable video game store in the city (/country), and when I say probably I mean definitely. The review receives 4 stars because they are such a stickler when it comes to prices. They could / should provide discounts to the regulars.

Sad to say that this store is now a shadow of it’s former self for gamers. Their quality of servicing for gadgets has deteriorated significantly and most importantly the staff has become horribly lazy. After a few incidents of this I decided to place a secret test for them. Knowing that a particular game is in stock from looking secretly at the game shelf, I asked them if they had it. Incredibly, just to avoid having to search for it, they denied they ever had game. The only reason anyone should go to this store is if they need to buy hardware.
