They are terrorist and practice the monopoly system for long. They dont allow other service providers in this area. I urge concerned authority to break their monopoly business . The worst internet service ever i experienced yet.

Thier service is not up to the mark.Optical fiber has slow speed of internet.Need to increase.

One of the worst thing in Rampura. If you want to run the net, do not take their service. Wants money in words, even for a little service. Very slow net, if you complain, it will not be resolved in a week. They say the same thing all the time Restart the router! There are various excuses to cut the line, I have finally been freed from their oppression this month.

From my internet experience I can say that I dont know if there is a bad net line like Saiba Net and so much meth style customer service anywhere.
