Worst experience. Worthless doctors & staffs. Admitted my maternal grandmother here for two and half days for her abdominal problem. They tasted many things without our concern and finally told to do CT Scan but their one & only machine crippled for last two days and not sure when it will okay. Very disappointing and finally discharged patient without CT Scan. Spent around 30k for no reason.Think thrice before get admission. Clean & tidy hospital is not the only way to get well. Good luck

Case StudyPatient age: 72, Name: Awlad Hossain addmited for different symptoms like kedney, diabetic, pressure, sleep, unirate issue.# Complain: patient died because of wrong treatment and careless nurses and doctors.Initial faults in front of my eyes and everything looks odd to me in this 3 days.1. after catheterize lot of blood dropped. They said it was infection but I dont think so(May be catheterization was not done correctly)2. 2 junior nurse first tried to put canola for inject salayeen. They not able to do it properly blood dropped. Then senior 3rd person came and put canola.3. nurses never count salayeen drops as doctor suggest. Sometimes its much faster or slower. Each time When Changing/finish salayeen/moxibag/albumin(I am not sure why this patient need 5 albumin in 5 days) bag they finish drop very much rapidly.4. May Patient need blood because of low himoglobin but they did not take care of that only said for dialisis again and again.5. They take 4 or 5 blood samples in 3 days its very strange because patient already in low himoglobin. I think taking samples 1 or 2 is eanough for necessary test.6. when removing cable from canola they force it without take care softly. After some time patient moved a little bit and blood dropped. then cleaned the blood and put the pipe into canola without checking position properly.lastly canola displacced and need to put into different hand.7. When doing cityscan pataient was nervous and moving simultaneously. they force him very much, hurt him in the head little bit to fix posiotion.I think in that time patient had a stroke because his symptom totally changed after that he stopped moving. (Doctor was very angry before doing cityscan to seethis patient in that time I think he was in hurry.) (Please check webcam if available in that room)8. Senior doctor said kavipan food salayeen is very good each bag can servibe 3 days meal because patient cant able to eat So why they give this food salayeen each 1 per day with out checking patient condition how much he can afford.9. At the last day they give food salayeen by force raised the power, normally it was not taken into his body.10. Most of the boys/nurses are careless and low experience.11. service man came into room without mask, give service and lastly give few hacci in front of patient.12. I told the all doctors and nurse patient cant able to sleep, eat, anxiety over and over. But they did not take it seriously, not give proper treatmentand said when serum critine will down, it will fix automatic. My question if serun critine need 1 month for keeping low how patient survive without getting proper treatmentfor those symtomes. (3rd day before dead(around 2 hours ago) doctor told me to give pipe using nose for give some useless medicine. but I denied. )13. At the last day patient feeling taking breath issue because of caough/lala in his mouth and nick and upper neomonia. At 9:00 am we told them to clean it upand again we told to clean few times but they did not response. Then came around 12:00pm to clean up when patient condition almost highly bad and told us to buy acleaning pipe. We buy the piple very quickly but before using it patient is dead.14. before dead I told them please take this parient seriously, condition goint bad. They did not take it seriously. After second time call they cameI told them please take some argent action or move ICU to keep alive this patient but They cant do anything without wait for duty doctor.(at last they only checkpulse and pressure but there is no try to keep patient alive) Duty doctor was not available on that time. He came 15-20 minutes later by this time patient already dead.15.Lastly ECG machine came and checking him to keep us salient.16. There will be more and more faults from the doctors and nursers when investigatinre or I can remember later.

It has also a medical college adhere to the hospital. The hospital is spacious from outside and inside. It has also a good pharmacy with substantial collections.Sad thing is the nurses way of serving to the patient was not up to the mark and they were found too slow. The pharmacy service was found too slow which is really painful at serious moment and not expected from a hospitals internal pharmacy.

I had a very bad experience with this hospital. I had a problem of panic disorder with agoraphobia. I was taken to here during midnight emergency. The doctor in charge told that I am drug addict and simply said that give me 3000 money and I will see. When my friends asked him okay what will you do after giving you money? Then he simply replied nothing, I will keep him in observation until morning. If I was in a condition to be simply left over then I would not go to hospital emergency. The hospital doctors were nonsense. I simply left the emergency then and moved to ad din hospital beside it and finally I was treated with care.
