May be they to too good, thats why my all family member always do regular check up or any kind of check up here. Me also came here to for the same reason. Hospital is neat & clean. Drs took enough time to check their patient. They also provide membership card also. By using that youll got discount.

They have 6 passenger lifts and most of the time 2 lifts remain closed out of 6 that is why patients and attendees need to wait for a long to get one. same situations for ultrasound room. The patient needs to wait at least 2.5 hours.On the other hand, overall service quality is quite impressive.

The new hospital is a full face medical service of all kinds. The giant building is a modern structure with glass branding in the front. The are enough free space to walk, very clean floor, beautiful interior, enough seating chairs for waiting are nicely arranged on every floor. There four lifts to go to different floors. Like its outlook the medical service is not the same and price is also very high. Whatever, huge progress needed

Though a corporate hospital and the consultants are efficient enough there is lack of professionalism among other supporting staffs and those associted with providing clinical and room service. I expect them to improve their quality of service. Otherwise all the hardwork done by the physicians will go in veins.

A very famous hospital.Previously there was Gastrolivers Hospital.Now its service is much better.The price is a bit higher.But in comparison, the medical system is not bad.It is important to develop it overtime.Cleanliness is okay.Location is in a very convenient location, on the sidewalk.

The service of the hospital is good. They maintain the cleanliness and hygiene factors. They use the best and modern medical equipment. They also have a good number of senior consultants. But the service seemed average to me. The canteen inside the hospital serves good and quality food for the visitors. But the hospital charges too high for their services. This is a recommended hospital for upper-class people. But not for a mid-range income group.

Overall service is not up to the mark... We spend a lot of money..but do not get the service.. Besides their supporting staffs are so rude..... If you have good lobbing with brb management then you will get some service... Otherwise they will treat you as garbage... They picturized a good environment but in practical you have wait a long period of time to consult a doctor.... There is practically no serial.... Very poor condition of cleaning. There is no male toilet in 7th and 8th floor. And I got that type of cleaning when i finally got it in 9th floor.

My mother treatment here on jaundice operation and after operation found cancer. Chemotherapy for cancer treatment going on for almost 1year but no improvement found. In May-2021, my mother broken her thigh bone in slipping on the road. Operation requires as per brb doctors prescription and we admitted in a ward further for thigh operation. Due to weak health condition, the doctors are not interested to operation and release after 4 days. Ward rents and other costs in total we paid almost 80,000/-.

Service totally disappointing....Hospitality also disappointing....

Comparatively costly than other similar/same catagory hospitals. This place have little facilities like no dedicated ablution place where as a Prayer place as level 8, have to go for level 1/2 for ablution. The washroom also found dirty and wet. No toilet tissue was there and nobody found for asking tissue. No cleaner found to clean the washroom. The air-conditioning system was also turned off due to winter season but there is no proper air circulation system as a result I felt suffocation.

I wanted to admit my Nanu here. All hospitals are full in Dhaka apparently even for non Covid patients. April 19 2021.So we ended up finding the name of this hospital. But how would we know if it is a decent place or not? So started reading the Google reviews.Everything seems to be about an Indian doctor named Sharod. He is awesome. He has since left BD for India.Does this hospital not have anyone else?! What on earth!Some reviews talk about it being overly expensive and lacking professionalism and patient care. The owner’s feedback is “Thanks for your reviews!” Are you serious?What kind of reviews are you writing if someone else cannot take a decision based off of your reviews?! What is wrong with sharing specific examples and numbers?I really wish I could decide! Very much frustrated.

Good Hospital for patients care.

Surprisingly one of the cleanest hospital in Dhaka. Maintaining very well. Service quality is above average. Has underground parking space. Located just beside Somorita hospital and in-between Bashundhora shopping centre and Square hospital. Note: the cafeteria close around 10 pm, so requesting the visitor to plan their meal accordingly.

This Hospital Al is is situated at kalabagan Road near the square hospital and and other hospitals. Nice looking building structure and very nice decorated Hospital 24 hours services and also easily accessible just because it is situated at main road this road is also straight going aastha Gill and other side goes Mirpur main road. Hospital services are good good and not so much costly. Overall is good good for the all kind of patients.

A well organized hospital for mid range costing. And Doctor Foyza is the best doctor here for pregnancy and child birth case. She always do his best for normal delivery. Canteen food is also good and moderate pricing. Staff behavior also very satisfying and also have good cleaning in lobby and cabin room.

I went to this hospital to see Dr. Foyeza who is obst and gynae specialist. This is the first time I took my wife to this doctor as she is expecting baby. I called the hotline of hospital for some info about diagnostic ,almost 20 times I called both of the reception/hotline. Each time they received the phone and cut the call in 1 sec .what kind of hospital is this .and I imagine what kind of services they will provide .will not go there again .If there is 0 star I would like to rate it like that way ,but the minimum requirement is 1 star .

Got an excellent service at this hospital from Dr. Sharad Sonawane. My mother in law had to be admitted in the HDU with sudden breathing problems. Dr. Sharad’s handling was really nice. He took the time to explain everything to us. It’s not usually seen in BD hospitals.

So basically i am going to say how Dr. Sharad D Sonawane Sir saved my grandmother. My grandma’s lungs were 95% damaged. It was 12 in the night, we went to BRB hospital from city hospital, they took my nanu to the emergency room, and then the nurse were trying to call the doctors and guess what no one received at last she(nurse) called Dr. Sharad Sir and fortunately he picked up the call, immediately he came and then he checked my grandma, immediately he told the staff to admit her. Then she was admitted in ICU and her treatment started. Day by day my grandma was getting better and that’s all because of dr. sharad. If he hadn’t picked the call like the other doctors had then my grandma wouldn’t have survived. Dr. Sharad D Sonawane is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my grandma’s health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Unfortunately, he will leave the country soon. I can’t trust the local doctors, I want him to continue his job in this hospital. Managements should see what the patients want, which doctor they want.

Dr. Soawane is very good doctor and we are very much happy satisfy with his service. But we heard that he will leave the country which is very unfortunate and disapinting for us. He should be retain in bangladesh for few more years to serve us. If we go to india it will very costly for us.our request is to continued him for at least 3-4 years. Dont go, they are only after your money !!!My wife had been a regular patient of Dr. Foyeza during her pregnancy. At 37th week of her pregnancy, doctor advised for immediate caesarean delivery even if she had a 8/8 score in latest ultrasound report. Well, doctor advised in the morning for immediate operation but her delivery was done at night when doctor completed all her visits and rounds. I didn’t understand her way of immediate operation.However, the game just started here. When my baby arrived doctor said both are in good health. But the next day doctor discovered she has pneumonia and other complications which are common for most of the babies kept over there (I talked to the parents of other babies and got the same info). So they kept my baby in NICU for 8 days and charged me a bill of 2 lac 10 thousand only for the baby. And youll get so many fabrications and manipulation in their bills. They are just white collar robbers.P.S: the room and nursing experience of my wifes maternity package were even worse.

The game is not over yet. Meanwhile I want to drop a few lines here.I am a journalist, for my job I live in the USA. And my old parents live in Dhaka. Last week my father got sick, he had corona-like symptoms. He was taken to a few hospitals, finally he is now at BRB facilities. After a few investigations he was detected with pneumonia.And you can understand my agony and pain, where I live thousands miles away and my 80 years father is fighting with breathing problems including other complications,At that time, I called several times to BRB hospital from the US. And finally was able to talk to a doctor. He is Dr. Sharad. Since then, dr. Sharad became my friend, brother from another mother. Every day, I used to call him twice. This doctor briefs my fathers conditions in a regular manner, notifying me about every ups and downs.In short, as a doctor he is taking care of the patient as well as the patients relative.I came to know, he is doing the same thing for every patient.In a country where the health system is almost broken, Dr. Sharod is a blessing.

The Doctors are very well behaved but I do have only one problem with the hospital management authority .. they seems over profit oriented.. taking 1000/- tk on daily basis but didnt provide that much services .. anyways still good only because of doctors and nurses...

I had the opportunity to meet Dr. SHARAD and it was although a pleasant service from all across.

My dad was admitted to the BRB hospital 4 days ago and was taken to HDU. He is a senior citizen and has the experience of receiving treatment from various doctors in different renowned hospitals of Bangladesh. But this time, the treatment, cooperation and support we received from Dr. Sharad Sonawane is amazing. His behavior and ways of explaining the findings and the course of actions taken by the physicians really made us spellbound. I talked to him over the phone from the opposite part of the globe, and he was super nice in describing it in more details with relevant facts. I also have the first hand experience of interacting with doctors in different parts of the world and their healthcare system as well, but hardly found anyone so amiable with the patients family. He is an asset to the BRB hospitals. Please keep it up!!

Worse doctor service

Brb hospital is like give your money but dont hope for any treatment. ICU doctors are lazy, unexperienced, willing to take patient in life support from the very first day. Guard behaviour is too much irritating ,sometimes unbearable to tolerate their unnecessary stuffs. Never recommend anyone.

My mother was admitted here. She is an Diabetes and Kidney patient. His condition was not good. But BRB hospital Dr.s (Dr. Sharad) make my mothers health condition better. Now Her health condition was increasing day by day. Dr. Sharad was not only a good doctor he is also a very good person. I am highly recommend Dr. Sharad sir.

Average Treatment and other services.

Nothing’s happen here on time and that is really problematic for job holders who manage a time frame for the doctors from workplace. I’ve consulted with two doctors here and none of the appointments were on time. Had to wait hours for doctor to come for the USG test. I don’t know when they would be professional about timing and will respect patient’s time.
