This branch is located at new tower. This branch is very clean and beautiful. Multiple number of cash counters are available. Very large waiting place with good facilities. But the counters dont take cash less than one lac taka. For depositing less than one lac taka one have to deposit in CDM cash deposit machine.

Well decorated fair faced building.At a convenient location on the Gulshan Avenue.But a few of the staffs working there are rude and show attitude to the customers.Especially the junior employees.There is a saying that customer is the king. But to them, it seems the opposite.Everyone else is cooperative.

Best service. Ive been baking with EBL for more than 10 years. Their customer service are the best among all the local banks. You can go their branches and have a relaxed banking experience. The staffs are friendly and prompt to solve any customer query. The space is very comfortable and design in way that customers dont want to leave the place 😅

The service of this bank is very good

For the outlook I can say that, it is grand! The interior is amazing! The service given right from the beginning when you enter this place is speechless. We were there in a group for an AV shoot, and the floors we got to visit was so planned that I havent seen in the other commercial bank head offices that I visited before. Although this is almost a new building, but there is a homely manner in everyone that you can rarely get in the staff of commercial banks. The coffee corner was amazing. The smell of coffee you get when you get closure to the coffee corner is breath taking! The view from the 11th level - I dont want to conclude in word. Amazing experience visiting the Eastern Bank Limited, is all I can say and express. Happy banking!

The agents here are unprofessional and almost in every counter there is no one. Only two counters are operating or providing services. The agents should be friendly and amicable. But in reality they are rude. I have never found any banking branch so pathetic. The reviewers here are mainly their employees.

Beautiful Building

EBL Gulshan North branch has one of the worst customer service amongst all the banks of Bangladesh.They have installed a faulty thermometer in their branch which gives wrong readings. Today I went to the branch and they measured my temperature and found it to be 99.2 F. They asked me to step outside of the branch. Later, they called me again, and this time the temperature showed 99.7F within 2 minutes interval. As a result they wouldnt be serving me. Fine. I came back home and measured my temperature and found it to be 98.4F.What i am saying is that, i am confident I did not have a fever and my body temperature was normal. However, EBL installed a faulty thermometer which is harassing their customers. I am totally disgusted!

This is head office of Eastern Bank Ltd. It is one of best financial bank of Bangladesh. Its give national and International banking services to the people of Bangladesh. Its have large public service department to give best service to the people of Bangladesh.

Its a nice place for banking. Executive are so helpful.

Given that this is the HQ of the bank you would expect that the service is through the roof. However, I was most disappointed that when I requested for drinking water at the counter my request was denied because apparently water is available exclusively for EBL staff. I offered to pay for water but that request was also denied.

Until today I have been a happy customer of EBL. Today I have experienced really bad customer service at a branch in Dhaka.I think customer service is deteriorating due to a small number of officials at different branches of EBL. There should be online rating system for every branch seperately allowing customers to rate services received.

Every moment of office time is important to people so you can offer your prayers but dont waste another persons time. And now almost all banks have a customer dedicated mobile number in this branch. But Eastern Bank does not have it because they run banks in the banking system of Chad. Everything!
