Not a friendly place. Not cooperative. Sales guys are too much moody. They dont know how to behave with customs. Need to improve better customs service in this flagship showroom.

Eye catching showroom but lack of generosity. Employee has attitude like they dont care about selling bikes. If you need to purchase a bike then just pay and take the bike and get lost.

Customer service not good. They dont have much interest to talk. Customer service is the core of business. I have more than 3 years of customer service experience. I know what is customer service. Today is your day but next will be customer day.

Their behaviour is very rude. Salesman should more gentle towards customer. I saw a salesman was shouting at a customer just because he sat on a motorcycle. Didnt expect that, I was really surprised.

The decoration of this showroom is awesome. If you want to buy Suzuki motorcycle you should visit this place because there is many model of Suzuki is displayed here everyday.Inside this showroom there is plenty of motor bikes displayed, you can choose your one from there collection.

Suzuki Bangladesh - RANCON Motor Bikes Ltd. (RMBL) is one of the most prominent ventures of the RANCON and a premier conglomerate of Bangladesh. One of the biggest motorcycle brands in Bangladesh. But unfortunately their collection are not available throughout the year. I didnt get the chance to buy the motorcycle I intended to buy in the first place because of the stocking out.

Visited on Friday 24 Jan 2020. Service was fast on that day, well decorated showroom, but poor in professionalism. They act as if the showroom and the brand is someone elses headache, I am just an employee here.

Very spacious showroom. But the guys in charge are not so active, they kept sitting and one guy came up to talk. Professionalism is something that is expected from a bike/car ‘flagship’ showroom. Also, we bought a gixxer and we were 5 people in number and they brought 4 cups of tea which is not something expected after a successful purchase.

Today i go to suzuki showroom and see some model byk when i am talling marketing manager i pay the amount my credit card full amount they tell me need include 1.5%. my question why i pay extra pecentage.

Motor bikes from suzuki of diffrent designs are available here. these bikes are imported by RANCONS, motor bikes are of japan technology made in india. bikes are are sold on payments through selected EMI credit , credit cards, cheques and cashes. incases of cheque payments one have to wait till its clearence, say min one day.

They are now displaying their one of best creation Suzuki Boleverd at flagship showroom.
