Very good service.. A lot better from the past

They r too much rude behaved with customers . The manager are helpful but the others employees aren’t. They didn’t take any COD / Normal Delivery after 6pm. This is ridiculous. Sometimes they talked too much themselves & mistake the customer’s location, phone no etc. I faced twice this problem.

They were too much busy. After 6 PM they don’t receive any pursel for courier. First of all you have to tell them which thing you want to send and according to their system they take money then give yellow poly bag or something else to write the sender and receiver address and cell number on the poly bag with black permanent marker. Within 1 day your thing will reach to your receiver. Almost every zilla, they have branches.

Its a good way to send your parcels from one city to another. It is open from 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. now a days during the time of Ramadan. But if you register your parcel to send not before 6 p.m. your parcel will go to your expected person after one day as their delivery car starts at 6pm from their delivery point.

I will say better than other branch but still they have lots of things to Improve.

I had sent a parcel through them but, the packet was broken when we received and We found 3/4 set of cloths was missing(stollen). When shown them they said where is packing list !!! So strange if we give packing list then it wont stollen???

This perticular Sundarban branch is comparatively larger than other branches of this courier company. Service is available as expected. Sometimes Service is interrupted a bit due to work pressure. Wheelchair access is available. There is also a system to send goods in cartoons. If you want, any employee working there will make a cartoon through an indefinite fee. Overall, good services and customar care.

So much crowdy place. All time people are waiting in quee to get services.

There are not much alternatives in Bangladesh for courier service and that is the main reason for them for not being much caring to customer.But good point is that they are offering service nationwide. Maintaining good time line, products are handled with care and not much of lost or damaged cases. For bringing seasonal fruits at Dhaka, this is the best place right now.

For business purposes they have different packages. In some cases they also provide delivery service on condition.
