I am happy with their service. costing is not so high as another Courier service.

Price is convenient than other courier services. They are friendly. Office area is dark and shady. Make sure to wear mask and use sanitizer.

Place is not healthy. But their service is too fast. They are humble. They are better than SA courier service, Uttara Branch.

Well, my goods were in front of me with careless delivery

I was booked for three bags of bird food from Rangpur to Mymensingh on 16/08/21. They did not call me even after delivery of goods but they did not receive the call even after calling me several times till 22-25 (morning) Hold on, but I say the booking name and number, if you jigsaw, the goods have not arrived yet. In fact, I will tell you. It seemed as if I had accidentally called a yabakhor with the voice. Money), but says it has not arrived yet. Normally it does not take more than 4/5 days in any courier. If it is long, all my birds will die without eating. Food is not available in the mooseball area.Then I informed the brother who sent the matter. He said that the next day at noon he would go to the Rangpur Janani where he had made the booking and talk about it. On the 26th he went and complained that the goods had not been delivered. When the people of Rangpur branch saluted them from Mymensingh, they accepted that the goods were coming. Then the brother told me to go to the courier and bring the goods. I just brought the goods. The use of in-charge of Mohammadpur Agricultural Market Branch is so bad that it cannot be expressed in words. I have been bringing regular goods to Janani for about 1 year. When I was sick for a few days, my staff took care of everything. He is misbehaving with the junior staff. After a few days I went to book the goods, they said they will not take my goods booking. They misbehave, keep the decent people for 2/4 hours even after the goods arrive again. Again, they will not take the booking of goods when needed.You guys say what they should do.
