It was my second job. I joined there on big civil engineering projects.. The remuneration was good but they failed to pay me for a couple of months. They are trying to enter in to the cororate level but failing as they have lacks of proper manpower management.Overall, the company may be good for the beginner as they pay high but for the experienced people the situation is quite different.Before joining anyone should check the terms and conditions they offer. Make sure you know what would be the condition for paying salary late and which specific tasks you will be assigned. Often they will recruit for some specific tasks later they will change the tasks which is not convenient.
