One the largest residential projects in Mirpur for middle class families; you will have to think otherwise for extra luxuries or comforts.There are plenty of open spaces, roads & walkways inside the project for the dwellers; kids can enjoy cycling, running, playing safely inside as outsiders are not that much common here. Shopping mall is just at the adjacent place; mosque is there inside.Swimming pool is there but dried up for years! Play ground is there but under processing from the beginning! Gas line there but nobody can say when it will have a flow; you will have to buy LPG cylinders! Building are getting damp; water problem is there! Walkways through the parking is extremely dangerous because sewerage line of toilets of 1st floor is leaking beneath and flooding the parking ground! Needs a lot of maintenance due to below standard materials are used in electrical, plumbing etc. areas but the maintenance work is inefficient. Roads inside are worn out but no repair work is evident till now. And its already looking pretty crowded now when only 50% of the flats are occupied.Authority should take very quick & strong steps for the dwellers who have paid up a huge amount for the flats which is almost twice in rate than the surrounding localities.

This one kilometer stretch of road has become quiet popular among tiktokers. The buildings that are under construction will be completed soon. Once it is completed, it will become a commercial area very quickly. You may find many corporate offices already. It will also host many residential apartments as well. The road is fairly vehicle free. Very good for taking a stroll in the evening.

A residential located at Mirpur 13. With a mosque, playground, swimming pool its a well planned residential project. As it is still under construction there is a lot of dust and noise pollution.

RAK Rakeen management is not so good. till today their schedule work not done. and Swimming pool can not run till today. Service charge is very high

Mobile Network problem. Syndicate (Internet, Dish, Gas cylinder, Electric bill) You have to pay commercial rate electricity bill in residence.

A multipurpose residential condominium. Its area is huge. They 37 residential buildings though not occupied yet. This project is under Mirpur 15, D Block. Well organized and modernized apartments. Just behind Police Convention Hall. A peaceful environment you can enjoy surrounding the area except the poisonous bites of horrible mosquitoes.

These buildings have been constructed keeping wide access road around the building. Lots of modern amenities have been introduced here. A nice mosque is being constructed near the entrance. There will be a swimming pool here. It has pretty good views.
