Ashkona is located near Airport. So its a important place for who attached with import and export business. But heres transportation is not good.

I lived there from 2008 to 2010. My parents are still there. It locates in a convenient location easily accessible from major highways. However roads around this apartment complex is very narrow and broken.

I rated with 5 because I love the quiet place.Its a residential area where at least 252 families live. The living complex was built by Givensee Real Estate back in 2000. Its a nice place, where there are 8 buildings and a 8 feet wide road in between them. There are parking places on the ground floor.There is a community hall, a mosque in this facility.The only drawback is the road. The road was dull for many years. But recently its under construction, and hoping to have a nice roadway to Ashkona City Complex. There are easybikes to ride to nearby main road. And there are a lot of stores with almost all the necessities.Its a nicer place to live. I really miss the place. :(

Ashkona City Complex is ahousing project developed by Givensee Real Estate Ltd. There are 8 6-Storey Apartment Buildings and with around 250 flats. This is well secured but over crowded. Its nearer to the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Largest apartment house in Daishinkhan area but to reach there u have to face lot of travels as road condition is not good. This apartment making trouble to the locality as the stopping rain water to pass otherwise of the road. As its build without proper planning its causes travel to adjacent area people i.e. Gawair, ainusbag, dakshinkhan & etc.
