They have a mobile banking payment system (bkash), but they are not giving discounts on mobile banking payments. In Cash payment, they are giving discounts. They are encouraging their customer to pay in cash, I dont know why? Where others business organizations giving discounts on mobile banking payments or other banking payments. Overall not satisfied with their service at all.

I experienced very bad situation with the servicing system of Rayans Computer.I gave them a laptop to repair perpous. now they invented too many issues and specifically after changing the battery they couldnt power on the laptop. such a disaster. I bought a budget monitor hp p204 from their shop. But it has very low viewing angle (60-70°) far far less than claimed in their website (170°).I know this is a tft monitor. But I have used others like hp 194 tft panel which are not this kind of worse.

The service at Uttara branch is much better than the Bogra branch. There is a brother in front of me, probably Ahmed his name, his use is very good, he is the one who gave me some tips about genuine windows and suggested SSD which was followed by no problem later. If you want a better customer service I wont recommend them. Ive ordered some items, I asked them that I need them faster, I know, now its not possible to give faster delivery, due to this pandemic but they said I will get it faster within 2-3 days. Okay, I thought it will be okay for me if they deliver it within 2-3 days. After 3 days, I called them twice and they said it will take 2-3 more days, Okay, I agreed, But today (after 6 days) they are saying it will take 7 more days. Really??? are you kidding? I was able to take it from other places within 3-4 days. Now you are saying I can take it from other place? Really why you did waste my 6 days? I know its not important to you, but it was really important for me. Regarding your, Customer support agent, I thought I am talking with a robot. However, Please, dont give commitment while you are not able to fulfill it.
