Very bad behavior on phone support. I called them but the behavior is very bad. Overpriced products. They said 295K for 16 inch 16 GB, 1TB SSD Macbook Pro, sometimes said 290K, 285K! Avoid this shop. Apple should take action on them.

Stupid people sitting over there. I sent one MacBook as it was not getting on & they gave diagnosis report that Mother Board is damaged. They took 2000 BDT as diagnosis fee. Later on found that Macbook is absolutely fine & still running. It was simply power issue. It got open easily in recovery mode. How come without checking basic things they give wrong report and charge customer??
