My sister called them to see if some products are available after checking online. She called them again before starting and again they assured her that the product is available and she can get it. As my sister went there and asked for the products, the employees said that these products are not available for the last few weeks and she must chose other options. As someone with little knowledge in computer accessories, she had to choose other options.Most of the employees are nothing but a bunch of liars. Lying may ensure them a few hundred or thousands of profit, but in the long run, they will lose customers.I highly recommend everyone to stay clear of this shop. Even small shops have better customer service and professional attitudes.

I ordered a mechanical keyboard, Hyperx Alloy FPS PRO.On their website, they mentioned it as the Red switch version.But they sent me the Blue switch version that is a little bit clicky, and louder comes with 1k less price.When I called them, they said, You didnt mention the red switch.I replied, Your website mentions it as the red switch in the product specification.Then they cut the line by saying, We will call you back.After a few minutes, they called me back and said, We dont have the red switch in stock.I replied, Then return the product; I am not taking your blue switch version.Again they said, We will call you back.After a few minutes, We have a red switch version; please dont use the current one; you will get the red switch version by tomorrow.I got the correct product delivered after two days.Further more, the first one wasnt intake, the second one was.Now I understand that it wasnt a mistake; it was intentional to deliver a cheaper version of the product and tricking the customer into keeping it by saying, we dont have that version in stock.As long as they sent me the replacement, I am happy.

Terrible customer service.Once you place an order online, they commit to call and confirm the order within 48h. What typically unfolds (happened to me twice now) is a wait time spanning across weeks, ultimately leading to an order cancellation one time and in the other instance, still no response.If you dont have something in stock, you can just label it out of stock instead of leaving customers in confusion, ultimately canceling a week later and unnecessarily wasting time.Also customer service can be trained to immediately resolve queries instead of vaguely remarking we will call you back every time you call and inquire them about an order.

They will send you one counter to another just for payment and back to the first counter for getting the product and add card charge which no other shop does. They are the epitome of bad business. And dont forget that they will send you 9 floors above just so your product can get checked if you wish to check it out before heading home.

One of the worst shops to buy a full pc from. After sales service is even worse than Ryans. Because of their fraudulent warranty system. If your parts somehow is faulty, forget about ever getting it back even if you have warranty.

They have the worst delivery system and customer serviceWhen I called them to ask for a product description, they didn’t clearly talk with me. Thus I have to call their different number just to ask about a products description. They even didn’t answer my WhatsApp messages.After all of this hesstle, I order the product they give me link to pay first because I am taking the order from outside the Dhaka. Okay fine. I did! I paid. Thn I asked them if is there any delivery fee and if they deliver me at my home. They said yes their is a delivery fee I have to give and another questions answer was, they cant deliver the product to my home, I request them thrice to just deliver the product at my home and I am ready to pay extra cost. Because, in Ctg, the covid situation is become worst ever we saw before. They just ignore my word, the guys was even didn’t listening to me. Lastly he saying, their courier system doesn’t have home delivery system. Thn I didn’t say any word more. I just agree with them and wait for the product. The product came next day and i went for the product at courier which cost around 400tk. Ok let be, which one hurt me most is, I asked courier service if they has home delivery system. They said yes. They has home delivery system whole chittagong. I Couldnt understand why techland did that.If there anyome willing to order them from outside the dhaka just dont order!

Their service is very poor and fraudulent.I bought a Asus Tuf A15 FA506IU Laptop from them and an additional ram and HDD with it.At first they told me that HDD slot was available and they will get the laptop prepared with HDD.After payment,they told us; they make a mistake and HDD slot is not available there,only 2 SSD slot is available. Then they told us, we have to pay additional charge for SSD and otherwise, just have to take the laptop with basic configuration. We told them that HDD was important requirement,yet they did it willingly as we have to buy it then.Besides their customer service was very poor.No additional software other than MS office was available and yet MS office was backdated.Very disappointing.

But Ive called pretty much all their numbers but its always no response or waiting then cut. How is anyone supposed to place any online orders here?On the other hand I had a decent experience visiting their Multiplan store physically. The person attending to me was really helpful. Techland didnt have a part I wanted so he called a few different stores to get it for me at a slightly discounted price.EDIT: Nearly a year later and their customer care numbers remain reliably non existent. I would bet large amounts of money on calling their support numbers and not getting any response.

One day I confirmed the stock and price. Next day I wanted to order online but another agent told me it wasnt available and he would inform me if it was available, but didnt inform me. Next day called the other agent, he told me it would be available but the price has increased by 500 taka. Such things only possible in a country like Bangladesh.

Their warrenty claiming process is bad.It has been 14 days that they took my mouse to fix it but still no reply from them..I tried to ask for my product and they ignore my calls.

Few months back I ordered a gpu from their website which was in stock back then. But I never got a reply from them they didnt even try to contact me. I even emailed them that I have placed an order so please check it out and let me know if it is accepted or not. But never heard back from them and I ended up buying gtx 1660 super from UCC. Very poor service from them and it was unexpected to be honest and they dont treat their customers very well that is what I came to realize. If you want to buy computer parts then if you ask me for a place of reference then I wouldnt prefer this place anymore sure thing. There are many other places which will provide you same things with the same value but eventually you will be also satisfied with their behaviour and effort also and for sure they will treat you better than techland fellas.

Great service. Ive been corresponding with them since last month for something I wanted to purchase. At first it was out of stock and they told me to call and check in about two weeks. I called them a little bit later than two weeks. The item was in stock this time like they said it would be. Just picked it up. It was plain and simple. I faced no hassle with them. Poor service quality. I was convinced after watching a lots of reviews that i should build my pc from techland but boy was i wrong.

They hv good website and reasonable pricing but do not care their customer even you go to their showroom. Also bought gigabyte graphics card from their shop.this is just after this Eid opening.. Market was very less crowd. They appeared themselves so busy, 4 of their ppl was their, and Im the only customer. But all 3 guys seems working on their phone and laptops. However, when I bought my item to home they provide me another product (instead of windforce (2 fan), gave me single fan version) and warranty was written into invoice 2 yrs although their website says 3 years. Called them but their guy reffered another guy number whom phone was shut off.However, after 2/3 weeks later, went physically their showroom, and ask to correct invoice abt 3 yrs warranty. They decline and said 2 yrs official warranty for gigabyte product. Surprisingly their website still says 2 yrs. So... My opinion with this type of customer service they will not get loyal customer or long-term customer.

Honestly, I would give a negative if I could. Their service is awful and so are their products. If your a woman, dont go to them, as they wont give you even a pennys worth of attention. They will make you seat for 1 hour straight and have you return either empty handed or unsatisfied.
