AMAZING AFTER SALE SERVICE!Bought a G.skill Ripjaws 8GB RAM from them about a year ago. It became faulty and I called them to claim warranty. They told me to come down to their IDB branch and changed the RAM in 15 minutes!! Very professional and reliable! certainly recommended.

I had a PC build up from IDB branch of Binary Logic. At the end of 3 years after purchasing it, the motherboard got damaged for some reason. I gave it for repair to Binary Logic after then which they told me that I have to buy a new one. My warranty period was just over (4 days). I requested them to consider but they didnt, then I requested them to lower the price of the motherboard but they didnt. However, I agreed to their price and told them to fix it. When I went for taking it back, my PC was not starting properly. After several tries, it started. They blamed my OS for this which was working fine and quite quick before this incident. I also noticed that even after they taking 500 tk service charge from me, they didnt clean the insides properly. It was dirty as it was before bringing it to the center. Only the parts were cleaned. A bit disappointed with the service.
