I think Alphasoft Technology Ltd. is the only company in Bangladesh which has a perfect work and personal life balance. The people whom you work with are amazing out there. They are the definition of what a team is called. I have never come across such company who has all good and selfless people under a same roof. Or may be team for which I was working was amazingly supportive. We stood in unity in client argument, in our successes and in our failure. I think Alphasoft gave me enough exposure at work. I think here an individual should be responsible for their work and complete them not depending on their leads. There is much scope for work in terms of improvement, automation,etc.,
