Quite a nice place. Has a smoking zone and has some of the best coffee I like. Love it. I prefer their frozen drinks over the regular ones.

Crimson Cup rarely makes good cappuccinos, but this time was the worst. Not getting a normal coffee drink here ever again, gonna stick to the smoothies and iced drinks.The espresso was burnt, badly. Maybe they used a burnt roast and then burned the espresso shot too. I shouldve asked for it to be replaced, but they wouldnt magically start making good coffee right then, so didnt bother.

Hands down, the best coffee in Dhaka. Extremely well decorated interior with good music which will take you to an alternate universe when you take every sip of your coffee. Youll have a good variation of coffee. One better than the other. Would definitely recommend for a visit sometime.

A busy coffee shop at the heart of the city buzzing with lots of people.There was no seat for sitting. We took mocha and hazzlenut coffee. Hazzlenut coffee was superb. We also tasted brownie and it was fantabulous .

Best coffee in town. I love the way Crimson Cup staff communicate with customers, assist us for taking the best fit coffee or tea.Both of drink and food are nice here, also I like the decoration of the shop, it gives me a tension-free feeling whenever I visit the shop.

Hands down the best coffee shop in the country. Not only you can choose from a variety of options (espresso, latte, mocha, with or without cream etc), most of the items are available in hot, iced and freeze forms which makes tremendous amount of options to choose from. Probably their best coffee drink IMO is Crimson Cup Mocha (available in hot/iced/freeze) which balances everything to the right combination. Not too dark, not too light.There are sandwiches and dessert menu to try also. Pricing is a bit towards the higher end, but the fact that you can just have you favourite drinks and chill out with your friends for hours, makes up for everything. Overall, an awesome place to hangout and pass the time.

Love their coffee. Good to have another branch close to my office. I always have their mocha either hot or cold. Their snacks are good too. I had sandwitches and chocolate chips cookies. Also a good place to hangout. Staffs behaviour is professional and the environment is good.

I love the coffee but seating arrangement is so congested in this pandemic. No temperature check and price is little bit high. No parking is huge drawback for self driven car.

My favorite coffee shop in Dhaka. They have the best coffees, hands down. The everlasting crowd there is proof enough of their popularity and quality. You can hang around for long time with friends or just sit down by yourself and enjoy your coffee. Awesome tasting coffee, good music and good ambiance makes it the perfect place to have a cup off coffee.

The best coffee shop in town, hands down. Their interior is photogenic, comfortable, and clean. They also have a separate smoking zone. But the prices are really high no matter the standards. Their coffees taste good but does not justify the steep prices. My homemade coffees taste almost the same. If they take care of the prices, (which I highly doubt they will) theyre supposed to dominate their competition.

I tasted white mocha there. It was just amazing. The environment was just mindblowing- the decoration,the books, the lights & all.But yes the price is a bit high

The place is decent. I went on Eid day so it was a bit crowded bt the drinks are good.

The ambience is very good. decoration, service everything is perfect. the menu is very short though. price is high. I tried their beef pepperoni sandwich, brownie, crimson cup mocha. sandwich was not so good but brownie and mocha was very tasty. highly recommended. will go there again for their brownie

Many people love this place. Probably because of ambiance and brand perception. However, I never liked this place. Everything is overpriced to some extent. Foods and other items are fresh without any doubt. But I hardly found any taste. That can be just me. Anyway. And finally, I also found their service just above the average.

One of the best coffee places in the city.This branch has a really pretty outlook, and supercool for both date and random hangout with friends. You can order your coffee and spend hours talking and gossiping. It has a smoking zone but its really small and most of the time people have to wait to get a table.I love their coffee. Crimson cup mocha is the one Id recommend to everyone unless you dont like sweetish flavour in your coffee at all. Their flavoured lattes are good too. Every coffee has a frozen version, if you want. Also they have good desserts and the red velvet cupcake will melt right into your mouth.The one star Ive deducted is for the price. Its high, considering the other coffee places in the city who provide similar service.Overall, Id like to go to this place again and again for random discussion and hangout because it serves an awfully great ambience for that.

This place is good for couple, & of course you can chill here. Foods are overpriced. I think quality can be increased & so is taste. Hope you guys will pay attention to taste more. So that people can afford a little bit more item.

The place is well decorated.The price here is not ok considering the taste. The espresso shot wasnt well balanced with the amount of milk they put in. It has nice amount of coffee but the ratio was off. Although not everyone like the same amount.

VERY CROWDED! liked the staffs behavior... But didnt get to enjoy my coffee properly. Had to hurry up, to eat my cheesecake and leave with the coffee. People were LITERALLY waiting just beside me to get my seat as soon as I leave. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!Oh, coffee was very good but cheesecake was meh! average!

We went there ready to try their coffee for the first time as it was recommended. However when we went there they told us to sit down first since they were busy and then theyd take our order. We sat... and sat.... and sat... Kept walking up to ask and they were like we need more time. 5 more minutes. Again 5 more minutes. Literally over an HOUR passed by and nothing. I swear we saw new people coming and taking orders but when we went they were like please wait. No idea what was going on there but it was horrible to wait and in the end we just left. The Banani branch I can say is nothing close to this one. Go there if you can.

Quality degraded, used to be better.

The menu is great. The drinks are good except the Teas. The food and desserts are good but some of them are a little pricier than they should be. Some of them are bang for bucks as well. The place could be a little bigger but its decent sized. The staff is well behaved as well.

I used to do my brainstorning at Coffee shop. The ambience is good here but not best for word friendly. Nit enough desk space for note or placing your laptop.Service is really slow, they didnt even follow queue to deliver.

A place to enjoy a decent cup of coffee. Very much thankful to those Barista who make mood boosting coffee all the time, while sticking a smile on their face. Loved the Cold Crimson Cup Mocha with Caramel flavor and Whipped cream on top.
