Slowest service Ive seen in my life at any hospital. Came here at 12.30 and all tests still not done. Waiting for an hour now for USG, they said 4 patients remaining at 3.15pm and at 4.25pm still waiting on getting the USG done. If we are paying 24000tk for a blood test, FNAC, CT scan and a USG then the service should be top notch as well.

Its realy very disgusting and worst hospital in Dhaka city. The glamor of their exterior will make them look like Square and Evercare. But actually not. High costly but lowest service. They admitted more patients than their capacity. Nurse, cleaner, word boy shortage, unclean, Mismanagement are the major issues. Hope they will recover soon otherwise we should avoid this hospital.

Unfortunately I do not have a good experience about this hospital. Specifically with the doctors and overall treatment at emergency department. Some of my friends warned me not to send any one there for treatment and they were correctt. Ive experienced that with my close one whom I lost their a few days ago. This hospital is fairly clean, but end of the day a hospital is judged by their treatment. Running a profitable business through treatment is challenging. I think this is where they are falling behind. This is good from far and far from good.

This hospital is a part of well known city group.Inside environment are neat and clean, hygiene as per international standards.All doctors are experts and well experienced, maximum of them are countrys top in their related field, some doctors are also came from aboard to serve patients.Well trained nusring staff are serves patients very well. They came several reputed corporate hospital.Front desk staff and all other staff behaviour are friendly and helpful.Their food and beverages proper hygiene and tasty. Price also reasonable as per quality and service.Some of are complained their medical cost are little bit high but quality satisfied.They have to need more beautification infront of hospital, road and entrance. Registration to taking appointment I had to call minimum 3-4 times and the system is having bugs. They never follow telemedicine appoint schedules and they expect people to wait for whole day just for a doctor consultation. Even for a scheduled and paid consultation appointment, they used to call multiple times for confirmation. Completely disappointed about the overall service experience.

All the staff are trained to make unnecessary bill, may be they have target sale for each patient. They brought for me 2 pack products and use only 1 pcs from each of pack rest of the product about 8 pcs were unused. Extra charges all the way. If you want to wast money 💰 you can go.

I would have given A Zero.The behaviour of the doctor is so bad that I had to cancel all the follow-ups I had. His name js Major Abdul Mannan ( Orthopedist) . The staff were equally bad.You pay more than 1400 Taka of ur hard earned money to get bad behaviour from the staff and the doctors? Of cz Not. The hospital has very good facilities, they have latest equipments in lab facilities, ICU and dialysis Unit. They have a bunch of good senior soctors from local and abroad. Worst nursing service I have ever seen. My father (Ashutosh Sircar) admitted on 31st July, 2020. He admitted in the hospital with fever due to urine infection and other complications. He has been suffering from perkinson disease for more than 10 years. We have always treated my father in Ajgar Ali Hospital as he is regular patient of Prof. Nirmalendu Vikash Bhowmik sir. This is 4th time, he admitted in this hospital. We always admitted him in this hospital to treat him under Prof. Bhowmik as doctor knows my fathers case history very well. This time, at first he admitted in Isolation ward under ICU (room 716 C) due to his critical condition. Then he shifted to General Isolation Ward (room 802 B) on 2nd August after improving his condition and still he is in there. He is improving day by day but his bed sore is deteriorating day by day. His bed sore has not been managed and treated properly. Prof. Bhowmik referred to General Surgeon on 3rd August but no doctor (General Surgeon) has come yet to see my father. Moreover, dressing of his bed sore injury has not been done properly from the beginning. He has been laying down in same bed from yesterday to till now but the bed is fully wet with the fluid of the injury. Moreover they have appointed untrained nurses & PCAs who dont even know how to change the position of bed sore patient. They didnt change my fathers position in every 2 hours which is essential for a bed sore patient. In these 5 days (31st July to till date), they didnt wash mouth or sponge the body which is very essential for long time bed ridden patient. We are charging hell lot of money but not getting proper service. I would request all to think about the nursing service of the hospital before admitting your near & dear one against what you will spend for getting good treatment & service. But I shall have to come this hospital again till my father is alive due to Prof. Bhawmik, otherwise I will have not come again in such wrost serviced hospital.

Good service and nursing with very high expenses. The adminstrative systems and processes are too much lenthy and slow which must bother attendance of the patient.

This hospital is nice and the behavior of the staffs are lovely.But the treatment procedure is questionable. I took my 6 years old daughter as she was vomiting and had a bit of diarrhea. Doctors gave her antibiotic straight! They kept her two days with lots of medicines! And the dietitian advised to give her milk!After coming back overseas I showed the treatment summary with the medicine list to the foreign doctors who became totally astonished and just said `WHY?Besides, I was charged for the infection control in the room but found cockroaches and ants! I informed the manager, filled up the feedback form about it but nobody cared to return my money which was taken for the particular service!It seems, the Hospital is trying to maintain a high standard. If so, then the hospital authority should give more focus on their services.

The wrost psychiatrist dr. A. S. M.morshed Ive met at asgor ali hospital. He talks like uneducated people also he Doesnt talk friendly as psychiatrist do. Totally i wasted my money on that types of doctor. However there staffs behaviour are not good at all.

Online Consultation’s time was 3:15PM, they called at 6:00 pm. Talked with Dr MA Julfikl, urologist, after seeing the report on video, he said so many negative aspects that the patient got traumatised. ‘Operation na korle suicide korte hobe’ eta keo bole to the patient?? Kono doctor surely bolte partese na ki exactly but report er last line dekhe bole dilo cancer. Its sad that in Bangladesh you can’t find a good doctor, by good doctor I mean who is positive to the patient and discusses the scenario under discretion. I would recommend if you have money go abroad for medical advice.

In every 10 minutes doctors are going to see your condition on an emergency.And doctors are going to tell you about your problem very clearly. Also there bill making system is crystal clear. They dont value peoples time. I am a 9th month pregnant lady. I had to do an ultrasonography for that I cannot eat anything. They knows I havent eaten anything still they kept me waiting 2 hours.
