All retailers / shopkeepers who sells to individual customers should display their price including vat. Only whole sellers are allowed to collect vat separately. Restaurants are not allowed to collect vat separately from people ..they should display their price include vat....I informed it to star hotel they learned and now they dont do that anymore....
