The kitchen is good. And the institution itself is simply unrealistically smoky. There is nothing to breathe. Two floors and on both of them smoke, even hang an ax.

It is very dirty, smoky, although they smoke only on the 2nd floor, it also reaches the first floor, but there are a lot of people, mostly Turks, both locals and visitors. Apparently I like the kitchen, although in my opinion its average.
