The location of the restaurant is very good. We ordered carpaccio, dallas steak and Adana kebab. About carpaccio, it was not thin enough. My friend were disturbed by the raw taste. I ordered my steak medium-well but it was medium-rare. The steak had little bones in it which shouldnt be in a proper dallas steak. Adana kebab had too much red pepper. Because of the pepper, tasting the kebab was difficult. It is an expensive restaurant but the service were not good enough.

Seen a lot of contradictory reviwes so I decided to see this place and try it. So there it is:1. I called for booking a table. The woman speaking with me could not understand english. Sure, she speaks russian and I was in luck to have around me russian people that helped me with the booking. But careful at that: they dont speak english.2. Arrived there and one of the hostess took me to a table way back in the restaurant. I asked for a table near the window since I wear glasses and its more confortable to have some sunlight. She politely invited me there and I understood the place was actualy empty on a saturday afternoon.3. Ordering lunch itself did not went that smoothly at all: first of all most of the waiters are from Azerbaidjan, which means not only that they dont speak english, but they will not even speak russian. So.. be very careful to have some turkish speaking person on your table. Why? Because a turkish speaking person will be able to make them convince that they should provide a good service. Otherwise.. youll have a real problem with the service. As it is very hard to have a turkish speaking person on the table.. probably youll end up with a miserable service.4. The food: food was not bad, but was definately not what is should have been. There are shaworma place in Moscow providing a 10 times better food then this place. But they are not on Kutuzovsky 🙃5. We had tea, not great6. We had shisha... it was complete rubbish7. We had kebabs and sweets... nothing special at all.8. We had also red wine.. it was good, but the price was astronomical. And be careful: they have huge wine list with epic prices. Its a full mass scam.9. Price: a meal here for 2 persons with a bottle of wine, tea, water, desserts, shisha and some food costs us 500USD.10. The pluses: good atmosphere, good position, confortable chair.11. Conclusions: never go here unless you want to starve and, in the same time, go bankrupt. Food is just not worth it and alcohool prices will blow your mind.

A good Turkish in Moscow is almost inexistent, so Chef is a great addition to the local proper steak and Kebab scene. Meat was top notch, as was the service and the yummy knafi. The ambiance is quite special, however, it may seem a bit too loud for some. But its a Turkish restaurant, it has to be! :))

Loved the stake and the quality of meat was superb never the less the tast also the salad was super fresh nicely cut and presented .What completed the experience was the level of service the only can be rated 5 stars as the staff and restaurant management were profitional and friendly, explaining every item and taking the time to and giving the patients to the client to have a grate experience with his choice .

Their food is amazing and the service was really good until it clocked 10pm, it was like the waiters disappeared 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. But the food is 😋😋😋😋😋 and the walk to the toilet will sober you up 😂🤣

The restaurant is cozy and staff are very friendly. Upon entering your senses start to wake up from the amazing cuts of beef hanging in a temperature control room for dry aging.The kitchen is open and can be seen from anywhere in the restaurant, on the one side the butcher is diligently cutting meat to exact portions with all his work and whats on offer on display. Coming from a country that eats a lot of beef and other red meats, Chef restaurant most definitely has some of the most spectacular meats Ive tasted, with preparation perfectly executed.Altough expensive, it is worth it!

The worse steak house ever been. First there is languages barrier one speak Turkish only. Other russian only and 3rd English only. The service is 0. That means there is no service at all. The word sorry doesnt exist for those people. You order one thing they bring something else. You order well done mean they bring uncooked and they proving its well done. And they 100% guaranty its well well done show blood inside he says its well well done. The Turkish people and steak are far away. They thing they located in Turkey and they can do what ever they want.

Food is good but quantity is quite meagre compared to the prices. The service staff are very rude. I had asked for a cocktail and our server told us only soft drinks are available. 20 minutes later a group walks in and they were served beers and other drinks. Near the end of our meal the waiter slammed the table and said no more order. His picture is included in the review.

They came in with the sallad, bread and a bottle of water but no glasses, after 10 min they came in with the pommes and after about 40 minutes they came in with a dish of 2 that we had ordered. After 50 minutes when we still have not received our food, we complain and they say everyone orders food right now and it is delayed so we decide to leave the restaurant.I really do not recommend this resturang because they have absolutely no sense of service and cooking. There used to be a good restaurant, but every time it gets worse and worse.The tables are practically on top of each other, and the fact that social distance is not observed is one thing, and another thing - you have to hear conversations at neighboring tables.
