Their taste was good before 2 years ago.But now they increased their price and lowered food taste.You guys shouldnt visit Fakhruddin until youre happy to waste your money.

On evening, only boti kebab is available and the taste isnt good either. However the luchi is great.

Food qualities arent upto the mark...Khashir Paya (mutton leg soup) has raw masala flavors, not tasty at all, Paratas were so so, halua was ghee less nothing special at all, dal bhaji was good and tea was just below average, last but not the least service was so bad they didnt even give lemon, green chilli while serving paya. Also waiters were roaming here and there rather than paying attention to the customers even though the restaurant wasnt half full. Dont rush in any restaurant only by its brand value just take note of the real reviewers

Its Good For Kacchi 😳

Fakhruddin is Fakhruddin. They are one of the best places to have Kacchi in Dhaka city. They have a nice and well decorated sitting arrangements. Foods are delicious unequivocally. They also serve breakfast items in mornings. They also have dessert items which are also delicious. Price is a bit higher, but the taste and quantity compensate for that. Good place to have small office parties, get-togethers or family hangout. They also have catering service which is also good. We frequently have them as caterer and we are beyond satisfied with them.

Food quality is not up to mark.

Food quality is very good but service is not perfect or satisfactory level. They have much more GAP in service. Also basin & wash room are not clean and clear. I think, They should develop this area.

I want to give -10 in reviews but its not possible. First time I tried at Mirpur it was worse.Today’s me and some of my friends went to their Gulshan Branch it was much worse than before. We orderd their Bashmoti Kacchi.The mutton piece was full of Bone. Mutton wasnt cooked wel. Inside mutton It was like raw mutton. Their rice was Bashmoti But cooking was really Bad. There are no smell of Kacchi. I have never wasted Kacchi in my life this is the first time I did.

They never had food according to their food manu. Whatever you order is not available 🙄😠😤 except biriani (Never Tried), boti kabab (worst taste and quality), and puri-Alur Dom. The Coffee and tea also not likable. In total they should get 1/2 ratings out of 10. Very Disappointing.

Need to be more humble

Fakhruddin Restaurant is very popular in Bangladesh. They have special disk named Fakhruddiner Biryani. People like this very much for its own test. They have different branch to serve. Here in Gulshan if you come can test their food for better experience. Happy to share my opinion.

Alurdom+Luchi (আলুর দম+ লুচি) is a nostalgic menu though innovative & new menu are scarce here. Seemingly, thriving on its legacy lost ages before.

Attention :Theyve opened BUFE in this Ramadan but they dont know the meaning of it. We went there last day and there were a package set menu of 15 items. You can not eat what you want. They will serve you 1 pcs of every item.We called the foolish restaurant manager and he argued with us that, this was our fault and we dont know the meaning of it.

I just took kattchi Biryani Half, Chicken Biryani, Beef Tehari, Chicken Roast, Biryani 500 ml, firni, Kali kabab, mineral water small and their mouth watering chatni. I have eaten lots of Biryani in India but no one can beat them because their taste above every one. This is my honest review from me as I have already taken Biryani in old Dhaka too. The price is comparatively low however due to tax biryani price is higher than before.

Fakhruddin is best known for their kacchi, so keep that in mind when you go their and try a different category of food. I had a bitter experience with the kabab items, not sure if that was a bad day or whatever. Always go for their kacchi and borhani, the combo is always great and will keep you coming back for more.

Ah the legendary Fakhruddin biriyani! For a long time they were number 1 for the choice of a wedding menu, that is the kacchi biriyani (mutton biriyani cooked in a special way). For past many years, the competition has grown but still they are doing well.
