Dutch Bangla Bank is a popular bank in Bangladesh... And i think only this bank has a lots of ATM booth in the city and also outside the city... Opening an account is very easy and you can easily get a shopping card for free... But the only problem is the server issue... It has a lots of complain about servers... I hope theyll fix that very soon
