Been using this ISP since its launch. Ive been their active customer for well over (2015)6yrs now. Ive seen their ups and downs. It was totally understandable to see them struggling to provide a stable connection back when they first started their journey. Let me be brief about this. Ill share my honest opinions adding both the positive and negative sides.Positive:•The customer service has been quite swift and polite with their actions, especially the owner, hes down to the earth kind of person. He and I both know each others well. There were several occasions where he directly came to me and helped with my PC internal hardware issues. Their staffs are quite gentle and friendly as well along with the linemans. Theyve no issues in that field except for one which Ill mention in the negative part.•In past, especially when they were around 2 years old, their connection literally cuts off every time there was a thunderstorm or lightning. Good thing that theyve now solved that issue. I can now enjoy the internet without bothering about rain halting the process.•They at the beginning didnt charge me for any internet usage when I signed up with them at the middle of the month.•Theyre very understanding with bills. They give the customers enough time to pay their bills. They even allows people to pay 2months bill together if a problem arises. I loved that generous part about them.Negative:•Its quite hard to reach out to them especially when your connection is down during their odd maintenance time. 70% of the time your calls will be forwarded and never answered. This was not an issue at the beginning, but as years went by things started to worsen at that field.•At the beginning they used to deliver the exact package speed they promised, but unfortunately things changed now and I am not getting my promised speed anymore. Furthermore, theyre a charging more than other competitors ISP in their packages.•Their connection fluctuates a lot and it causes severe issues, especially if youre a student whos doing classes and need to submit assignments. Ive addressed this to them several times but everytime they ends up giving false hope.•Since this is a shared IP, you might end up getting banned websites due to other users policies. So need to be careful about with whom your IP is being shared. Need to constantly switch!By now, yall have an idea about their ISP. I wont write anymore details as Ive shared all my part. Ive been their oldest customer, so it saddens me to unsubscribe with them. However, the way things are right now I have no other options but to part with my childhood sentimental attachment with them and go for better options like Link3. Thank you cafenet for years of service. I had good and bad moments with you, but this is where I think I should call it farewell. THE BEST INTERNET PROVIDER WITH THE WORST INTERNET QUALITY AND SPEED. TRUST ME ITS VERY BAD.

I get 100-800 kpbs speed instead if 16 mbps

I got pretty decent service from RL Cafe Net. The employee of Cafe Net is very polite. I got best customer services from them but sometimes their internet speed go slowdow. Hopefully, they will fix their problem ASAP. Good Luck.

The net speed here is fairly good. However, the package does not mean much to stay on so many packages. The package will have three Good Better Best. These are adequate. There is no point in confusing people with a number of package circulars.

I want to know from those who say it is not good, how many lines of ISP have you run? Ive run a few lines so I know if its bad or good. So I will tell you to check first and then comment. Is there any IPS that goes through the net at 12-1 at night?
