On a Friday evening, this place was almost full, so can tell this place is trendy. They have outside parking and smoking area. In a very convenient place and the indoor is spacious. Probably it was more tempting before when there was not much chocolate and drink places before. I would say its a bit expensive compared to values that they offer.

We went for breakfast at Butlers. The Eggs Benedict I ordered was very good, and quite filling. My go to milkshake at Butlers is the mint chocolate shake, it is decadent and to die for! The complimentary chocolates were great too.

If youre not into buying expensive drinks and food just for the sake of a posh environment like me, then its not the place for you. I only allow myself when my rich friends call me up to meet up here so treats are on them. ;)But as far as a good midnight or morning place for a hangout is concerned this is the right place.

Ordered Chilli Prawn Pizza from the Butlers Cafe for the first time. It was extremely disappointing to see the lack of safety precautions in packaging without firmly closing the box with a tape to ensure it doesnt get opened on its way through food panda delivery. Moreover, no spices were provided with the pizza which usually restaurants do. Highly disappointing from a well known outlet.

The place maintains good hygiene practice. Good food. Well behaved stuff. The outdoor patio is really nice. The only thing bothered us was mosquito!

Ive had Lava cake and flavored chocolate drink here. Trust me I just had a feel that I wasted my money over there.Why on the earth they need to put that much sugar on the food? When I asked they replied that this is the natural sugar what comes with the chocolate. I mean whattt?This is not recommended place at all. #Overhyped

Only a couple of years ago, this was the talk of the town. A very prestigious location. Fabulous set up. However, on a recent visit, I was disappointed with the icecream. It was below par. There are less varieties. I think coffee still stands out. But I expect it to improve its patisserie and icecream section. Parking is not a problem.

I would like to not give this place a 5 star review. But quality is something which is deserving of praise, more so in a country like Bangladesh. Ive purchased and visited this place 3 times. All 3 times the place provided me with unparalleled service quality and food quality. However one thing must mentioned and it is the price that comes along with the quality that we are putting here under the spotlight. This place is super expensive. This place is undoubtedly a 4$ place and should not be in the list of your daily visit unless you are a pageant boy.In the smaller corner we can talk about the quality of the foods here. They are good but not something to write home about for the expense that you are having to manage. However the chocolates are exquisite and the gift boxes are made in a priceless image.Go for it. If you have a girlfriend, take her here and I think she will even accept to marry you right there. As I said, only if you are not a pageant boy or a girl. Is that even a thing?

Good for brunch . Fish is good but beef salad is bit salty , didn’t like it . Didnt like the overall taste of food but good for spending time with friends . Also Not suitable if youre looking for cheap meals.

Excellent place in the Diplomatic zone for chit chats. They are a great option for deserts. Been visiting here for years and I stilling didn’t have enough of them. Service is fast and staffs are helpful and friendly. Has proper parking spaces. Their Loaded Fries was a bust, wasn’t upto my expectations. BBQ pizza was really good. I have been having their Chocolate Lava Cale for years and I can’t recommend that enough l. It’s the best all over over Dhaka. The size of the cake has shrunken throughout the years but nevertheless it’s still really good. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. Outdoor dining is a charm. This is a must go to place.

One cake is enough to meet up one person hunger because chocolate cant be eaten too much. Environment is super nice. Smoking zone is also available. Lots of foreigner visit here so often. Always the go-to place for my family when late night hunger pangs hit. The lava cake is awesome. Also love their breakfast menus, the cheese balls and the thin crust pizzas. Ambience is great and the servers very polite and helpful. A favourite with my girls. Oh, and did I mention, free chocolates with every beverage order, yum!!

Butlers Chocolates is an Irish owned manufacturer of luxury chocolate and chocolate products which operates from a custom built production facility in North Dublin. There coffee is the best in the town. Other food items are also very delicious.

Not a super great place but the ambience is posh and comfortable; and the prices can be a little steep compared to what they have in their menu (as in they don’t sound amazing). I have not tried much from their menu but I surely go there to meet my sweet cravings. The chocolate lava cake is one item that’s the best in town. A warm gooey chocolate lava cake with milk chocolate syrup and cold vanilla ice-cream, an absolute perfection.Additionally, all their pizzas are good too. Thin crusted and enough toppings.

Woah, This place is really cozy. The foods are, well, a little overpriced. But that is understandable for the brand value.We took lava cake and waffle. If You are not a sweet tooth it would be hard to finish alone. The lava cake was really good.

The chocolates were amazing. It had a nice interior, good place to hangout with friends and family. Only thing that bothered me is the price. All the items were extremely expensive. I mean, you have to pay 800 TK to eat a sandwich here!!! I am not going back there unless they lower the price of their food.

Quite expensive and the behavior of the staffs is also not satisfactory and is inconsistent. The items are tasty but overpriced. Atmosphere can be relaxing depending on the crowd density.

Am I the only one who expected the servers to dress like actually butlers and got disappointed? 😂Anyways regardless of that expectations, their service is pretty awesome and quick and very well mannered. Their place is really big and very well decorated. And their coffees and hot chocolates! They are to die for. I am a huge coffee addicted and also very fancy about this. Among all the coffee shops I visited till now, they had the best ground coffee flavour and best espresso flavour. Loved this place and their flavours tell the worth of the coffees.

Taste could be better, its always a good idea to avoid holidays and weekends.

One of the best coffee shop in town. the shop is quite spacious, the environment is calm and quite. a good provision is there for the smokers. smokers can have coffee outside and smoke as well. the inner decoration is lucrative and peaceful. overall it is a very nice and comfortable place to hang out with friends and family.

I once had my breakfast in here. Among the choices for breakfast only the Irish breakfast seemed worthy of breaking the fast. The item was so so, nothing extraordinary. Drinks are not inclusive. I had to order one separately. In total it costed around Tk 1000, which seemed very high for such a breakfast. Other than that the service was good, environment was also OK, it has a smoking zone. But it doesnt have in childrens playing zone.

Had the chocolate lava cake. It was so heavy and tasty. Could not finish it for the second time. It is a very luxurious place. You can hangout and chitchat with friends in the outside area with a coffee too. Highly recommended

The place is one of the best place to go out to eat in Dhaka. It is situated just off Gulshan 2 main crossroad near the police station.If you want breakfast they do a traditional European breakfast with all the trimmings. Lunch and dinner they have many options from soups, sandwiches to even fish and chips.The best is saved last as there desserts are the best .A great place to hangout and it is opened till 2 am in the morning.They even have an outdoor seating area for all those smokers out there.

The ultra-thin crust pizza is a blessing. One of the few pizzas that a person can gobble down by themselves and not fret.The signature hot chocolate is a soother, thanks to the generous dollop of cocoa.But the winner, on any given day, has to be the wild berry tea. Resplendent in pink (rose gold for Apple users), it smells like an apothecarys salves and has headache curing properties.The chocolates are great, toilet facilities splendid.The downside, is that the place is LOUD. Its sometimes rather overwhelming. Otherwise, great place.
