Slightly better than any local isp. Gaming experience is horrible and also their service. In every month there will be connection problem during night and it take more than 24 hours for them to fix that

After getting recommendation from many people I switched to Dot Internet from Link3. I was given assurance that even in peak time it will give a minimum speed of about 10Mbps. But, after using it for one month I was shocked to see its not true. Sometimes it comes down to 1/2Mbps. 1GB file download takes about 20-30mins during peak time. However, in Off peak time you will get very good speed, higher than your package. If you want to use for normal home use then okay but if you want to use for online meetings its not recommended. Their after sales service is not good. During the first month of taking service I saw connection is not working in the morning at about 9 am. I immediately called and they said they will inform technical team after office hours start. I followed up twice during the day since I need to attend online meetings during day time. But they finally sent their technical team at night at 8 PM. Then again they had to leave because I was out of home then.

I go to Dot Internet office, this is beautiful decorated. Everyones cooperation is really awesome ♥️ and their service is also good.

There was no internet for 6 hours, when i called their office, they said they will send some technicians but nobody came. Finally when internet came after 8 hours it was so laggy and playing online games was a nightmare. Absolute disappointment ... I do not recommend at all.

I have the lowest budget package so experiencing a slow connection, best perk is the connection is reliable compared to other ISP providers.So Im having a speed of 38 Mbps (4.75 Mega Bytes per sec) in an off peak hour.

This is the worst internet service I had experienced in last 10 years. If you are going for the basic packages 500-1500 and you live in Jafrabad please avoid DOT. Go for majeda or link3. This DOT, SOB has pick and off pick hours and the worst service.oh don’t believe the 5 star reviews ether, fake and posted by the co.

Bandwidth - Typical Bangladeshi ISP, just tad more stable than your local ISPs.Service- They claim to have a 24 hours support but from my experience, they only take your complaint but dont solve your issues after office hour. So if theres an issue with connection after 6-7 pm, be prepared to live without wifi for 14-15 hours and the technicians will come the next day after 10am.

Very bad service, net speed is slower than my phone data, I dont wanna talk about download speed. Downloading things are like nightmares 😨. Called them several times, but the problem is not solved yet.They never forget to ask for money when month ends, but they dont remember to give the service they suppose to give.

Have been using for last 7 years or more probably...comparing with other ISPs in Dhaka , they do provide better service but not the best; perhaps price value vs best service including speed is not available in Dhaka city for Home Internet users. Overall, DotInternet is a good ISP.

Poor Customer Service, poor quality of internet with too much lag and ping and if something goes wrong from their end then they blame on customers router all the time. Their staffs are very swift at collecting bill on the first week of the month and most of them are unprofessional. Best to avoid their service and go for better one.
