Every friday or holiday service become so poor that is channel shows service not available!! when customers paying bill regular!!!is this something related to jadoo is not paying the bill!!! then it is pathetic!!when i phoned on complain number thwn a gentleman name mahfooz gave a strange and funnny reply that may be the bad weather causing line down!!!

It was good for a few months and then they started harassing me by disconnecting my connection saying it was because of billing and I was using 3 devices whereas all my TVs are connected with boxes from dIfferent companies and my billing was up to date. I called them asking for explanation they had no explanation so they told me they were gonna call back and never did, and this was repeated thrice. Very poor.

One of the worst out there; their blackbox hangs up / channel freezes and requires a restart every now and then and their third party support team in Uttara are a nightmare.
