But always scared about the quality as they dont have any store to check, but I was amazed by their home delivery option and free return. But whenever I got to know that they opened a store I went their and bout the green rug, unfortunately didnt get the dining table I was looking for, but they said it will be available next month and theyll let me know 🥰

Beautiful modern design furniture

They have cute and modern furniture but bit pricey.

Marketing personnel have seriousproblem about products pricing knowledge. Today when we want place an order for Smithfield Olive sofa & Chaise. Your marketing people told me it was Tk. 53500.00,but in the counter they were asking 69212. 00. Please look into the matter.

I like ISHO furniture.

Sample condition is so poor. Most of the sample got damaged... Drawers were not working...A sample is supposed to for the overall impression of a product which should be finely finished and properly workable.... But was very disappointed to see there condition. Over priced. A little suggestion, dont trust them only by seeing there products on online.. Maximum of them were not in the showroom! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Dont know why! And sales people couldnt even give any legit answer for this!

I usually do not review brands but this time I thought an execption had to be made. I ordered a study table, a console table and a chair from the ISHO store. The products were delivered in the specified date and time so no complaints regarding delivery and customer service. Their product quality coupled with their elegant design is definitely worth the price point. It is actually quite incredible that these products are made in Bangladesh. The finishing is very chicc and smooth to the touch. Bangladesh needs brands like ISHO and I would strongly recommend them for your furniture needs.

The worst furniture shopping experience ever. I visited their showroom and placed orders on 18th December 2020. I had made full payments for my order. When taking the order they committed to a delivery lead time of 2-3 weeks.I am receiving partial delivery of my products today, 5th February 2021, after numerous follow-ups. As opposed to a promised lead time of 21 days, it took them 49 DAYS to initiate delivery.On the morning after my order I called them and informed them that I would like to cancel one item from my order. They said it would be possible but a refund would take one to one and a half months.However, they successfully managed to deliver my cancelled item today with no sign of a refund. Its an organization that is fully lost where no part is connected with each other. Reaching their customer service is a nightmare and their owner, referred fondly by the employees as madam does not allow any customization to any furniture item.All in all a horrible experience and something I would warn everyone against.

Great designs and terrible after-sales service. They dont maintain delivery time, the store has no proper customer follow-up, and they give you defective products and take 3 days to complete the fitting of one product, that too is not complete!!

I find myself in heaven here.

Good shop to purchase your furniture

Worst most product quality, product finishing,management, behaviour and quality of varnishing. Oversmart sales staff but the poorest inside actually. Nobody should buy and be cheated by this shop ever. Actyally they are cheating the buyers. The poorest delivery. And after all this price is very very high according to product quality. Most cheap..!!! Never go here to buy. Cheater company in Dhaka.

Worst one. I think they r Batpar. Even after 35 days they cannot deliver the goods. Not recommended at all.

I find ISHO is a very innovative and futuristic furniture company. Wishing ISHO become a big brand in Bangladesh.

Update: 23-AUG-2021Week construction and weak paint job, scratches and dents too easily.Quite bad, IMHO.--------------------------------------------------------Bought and received two study tables from the store. Helpful salesperson and a overall pleasant place to visit. They tend to use engineered mahogany wood in their entry to mid level furnitures, while using ash wood for the higher priced ones. Im giving a good review mostly for the quality wood they use.However, furnitures like cabinet, cupboards, drawer units etc showed less perfect fittings and calibration, at least the products in their showroom. Youd notice the difference if youve bought furnitures from most common brands in Bangladesh.If you want to buy some uniquely designed furnitures & are willing to check the fit and finish properly before buying.....give the place a visit.

Their customer service and their sales team are just rubbish. They have given me products that have scuffs and mark and it has been two weeks that they couldnt connect me to the right person to convey my concern. And I have requested a refund which I was assured about 40 days ago and no clue so far. Please dont order online from them and also please never have expectation for any future support from them regarding any products you buy. Its worthless.

Awful experience. Ordered a bed 4 weeks ago, received a call to confirm delivery date. The bed did not arrive on the day. I chased them for 4 days, every time was told that they will check and get back to me. Of course, no callback. Unreliable and unprofessional. Will not be shopping from here again

Products were good, but the sales guys were not trained properly. They miscommunicated about the product and the EMI.

Worst sales team. Not willing to speak or showcase product. I want to order few furniture, but unfortunately they dont have these in stocks, which is very much ok. I offered them some advance so they can build and deliver. Sales person asked me to call after 7 days. (S)he will clarify wheather it can be possible or not?My question is why it would take 7 days just to clarify. And why should the customer will call and try to remind that can you recall me, I want to order some furniture from your shop.

A shop that sells simple and modern wooden furniture. Perhaps it was under renewal, there were few exhibits. I bought a small wardrobe with a slightly higher price (higher than Nitori). The delivery time is two weeks.

Tidy tidy show room. Customers are not crowded, but I often see a good amount of furniture delivery. The quality of their furniture also looked quite good. Very good finishing furniture of minimal design.
