Food is good. Ambiance is good and spacious. Decor is above average. A bit on the pricey side. Waiters are very friendly. Gets a little out of hand when service is busy though. Undermanned.

From lots of people I have heard the name of Alfresco for their pasta.They said its one of the best Pasta in city.Their pasta tastes good. But lake of chesses and lake of chicken. Their chesse layer was too thin. And hardly found chicken.Their interior is awesome and I appreciate their behaviour.I think they should improve their food quality.

Al Fresco is used to be pinnacle and pioneer of tasty , affordable foods with great ambience. Over time, their quality dropped and everything fell apart.This specific case is from Ramadan 2019 Though . The foods were never as per advertise, stale , specially the Pasta . The pizza dough was raw and uncooked.Even after that, I have tried some other items through delivery was utterly disappointed in the quality of the food. I think they are not as good as it used to be anymore.!

There is no option for 3.5. But they do not deserve 4. The YOLO meal was not up to par and fried rice was fried khichuri. The Pasta Alfresco tasted a bit bland and it was missing shrimp, but in menu the shrimp.was indicated, but only beef was found out. Only mixing the pasta with tomato and chili sauce made it tastier. The best thing was the molten chocolate delight. I am not saying the food was bad, but pasta should have tasted better than the local pasta shops. It should have been very much ahead of the locals.

Customer service can certainly improve. They seemed hospitable, needs a bit more training and polishing. Having the intention is the most important thing and they seem to have that. 🙂 No complains about food, they have been fantastic.

Pizza of Alfresco was our favourite. Though all the outlets are far away from our house, we tolerated all the hassles of bringing pizzas only from Alfresco. After lockdown, today, 18 September we took away two 12 pizzas, BBQ chicken and Jalapino. I got those after 35 minutes of waiting, which was usually 20 minutes.WE ARE DISAPPOINTED.The bread and crust both are very thin. Meat and cheese is reduced to half or one-third. Will try to avoid Alfresco in future. Pathetic. 😡

Alfresco never disappoint me. This restaurant is an ideal option for contemporary food lovers. Their baked pasta and range of other set menus are not only scrumptious but also budget friendly. I have also tried their pizza and I found it quite good. Overall in terms of food taste and quality I would give it a 9 out of 10. They also offer prompt and above average table service.

They used to be a lot better and innovative. I wonder what happened. I miss their pizza sandwich. It was by far one of the most creative idea anyone in Dhaka have come up with. And they discountinied it. Not happy with their marketing strategy.

Alfresco Dhanmondi is a good place for a quick bite. Basically I love their pasta items. Pasta Basta and Pasta Alfresco are my favorites. Besides I like their Set Menu too. Spice Land, Yellow Fellow, Healthy Bites are popular set menu items over here. Youll also get Pizza and sandwiches here too.They have a projector here, so you can watch sports with the friends or groups. The place is very neat and clean. Its beautiful. Their choice of background music is appreciated 👍. Thumbs up for the music.

Pasta is 6/10. I ordered a pasta basta, they served in 15 mins. It could get an 8 if there were more meats. The stuff was nice, the seating arrangement is spacious.

I am a huge fan of alfresco. i love their pasta and i used to order pasta always 😁. this time i tried their set menu and it was very good, more than enough meal and the quality of the meal is also very satisfying. highly recommended.

This platters here costs around 400 taka each, might look a bit costly comparing to the amount to some people ... But the taste is worth the price. Although their signature items are mainly pizza/pasta, these set menus are also great to try. The place is air conditioned, has WiFi and has well behaved staff. Highly recommended.

We took set menu & oven baked pasta. It was really nice 😊 set menu was very good taste as well as the pasta. The pasta was full of beef meat and mozzarella cheese was very good taste. However, we didnt found any good review of this restaurant but we found it very good 🤠 Their staff was very good in behaviour and as well as responsive. Overall it is a very good place for dine in. I am satisfied with them and recommending this restaurant to all of my f&f.

Same name with a huge brand, but its not the same. However food quality is acceptable.

Its a moderate restaurant for eating your lunch or dinner. You will get both set menu and open menu. Food quality is normal. Dont expect extremely extra ordinary quality or else you will be disappointed. Decoration is good. Its on the 2nd floor. You can use stairs or lift both is available. Located in a good location as all kinds of vehicle is available at the door steps.

I never test this kind of worst food. I ordered one Thai soup thick which was made long time before, lemon mint and wonthon. All items are Very poor and bad quality, not even fresh. Complain their food quality to a waiter And not satisfied his behaviour and explanation. Never recommended to any one.

Thr tiramisu is a must try. And the foods are superb ! The employees are really well behaved. Good for family outings as well.

This is undoubtedly the best place to have Pasta in the entire country. They offer an amazing foods along with their awesome ambience! Recently tried their cashew nut Salad, it was good as well.

I went there during the month of ramadan after iftar. We ordered pizza and pasta. It was good but not amazing. I tasted better pasta and pizza elsewhere. But again it was rush hour. So may be the food is great some other time.

I had been a big fan of this place. But last two experience got me totally disappointed. The bowls that they serve pasta in, got smaller in size! The quality have also degraded a bit. The Pad Thai chowmein had so limited number of chicken pieces that they literally could be counted! Totally disappointed. Have to rethink twice before visiting this place again.

This place is good. Pizza was perfect. But here we found some bad sarcastic sound from the edge corner. Then we got realized, oh no, they were not doing sarcasm, they were preparing juice for us. We sniffed.Some times waiters didnt listen us properly. Overall, AlfrescoDhanmondi is a better place for hanging out.

Alfresco is a reliable place for pasta and pizza. Alfrescos pizza may not get a place at top 4 or 5 in the city but its good. they offer various milk shakes that are also good. Pasta basta is my favorite item here. The set menus are reliable. Nothing about this place is that extra-ordinary but its a safe choice. This restaurant will neither disappoint you nor amaze you. Environment is decent and service is also good. In my opinion, the dhanmondi branch is losing quality in terms of taste. A bit renovation in the interior and some new additions in menu can recreate the sophisticated image Alfresco once used to enjoy.

One of my most favourite food place. They have a fantastic environment and food quality is marvellous. Although there coffee is not up to the mark.Foods are a bit pricy but worths it when you add the food quality with the environment they provide. They are popular for their oven baked pastas. I have been to this place for several times. Ordered 2 times there, one is the famous pasta basta and another was the tiramisu. Pasta basta was so delicious and full off cheese. A mouthwatering dish for people who loves extra cheese in their pasta. The tiramisu was so delicate that it melted in mouth within seconds. A must try item if you are not very much fond of sweetend desserst because the taste of their tiramisu was more like coffe and dark chocolate.

Great service. Food is delicious, a bit deshi style cooking. Plenty of options of set menu. My favorite is their pasta basta, a little too much if you are an authentic pasta lover, but absolutely delicious with a deshi style baking, spicy chicken cubes, oozing in generous layer of cheese.Their new set menus are also great, very good deals!

This place does good food, is clean and priced reasonably. However, the service is not so good. The staff are not particularly friendly and dont seem very interested. They forget things like drinks youve ordered and each time Ive gone Ive been told that none of the smallest pizzas are available. Just the 10 & 12 inch ones. If you dont want to share a pizza then its a problem quite frankly.On the plus, they have WiFi and air conditioning. They need to work on making the customer feel welcome though.

Foods are very tasty. Specially the Al Fresco shwarma.

First of all, be prepared for the delivery time. It would take about half an hour to receive the foods that you just ordered or maybe even more. However, the food quality is worth-waiting. Overall, quality foods are available here within the affordable prices.And, my personal suggestions would be ordering Pizza Luscious or Pasta Italiano or something like that, I forgot the name haha.Anyway, Alfresco is mostly known for their Pizzas, therefore, dont forget to try out some.

Good vibe with great food. You will like this place if you want pasta and pizza that are also spicy. One good thing is they are taking corona related precautions quit seriously. Every food item is being served in one-time use cutlery. However, their couch covers have gone dirty. Would be better if they could change those to add more cleanliness.

The place is very spacious, clean environment and people who works there are very active and services is fast enough. Food is okay not so great neither its bad.Two food that we ordered was pasta basta and alfresco special shawarma (they said it was roll but came up as that bun as u see)1. PASTA: as I have heard every thing in pasta was great other then the chicken which had not much seasoning/flavour on it and the pasta was not properly boiled/cook I guess. Only thing that stud out to me was the cheese.2. Alfresco special shawarma: everything was there, but the problem was we ordered a shawarma roll not bun and even then the food they served was super dry.So on a Scale:Environment: 8/10Service and employs: 8.5/10 (quite fast)Food: 7/10 ( honestly that cheese in pasta was blast)Price: our bill was 603tk so I will say it was less than reasonable (ALFRESCO if you are reading this I wanted to rated u really good but the whole experience fell a part in ur side and also the quantity was very less even the all the other cafe I had pasta is cheaper then yours like cafe darbar pasta 230-240, hungrilla special pasta 180, pasta state pasta starts from 240 compare to them ur one is even higher like over 300tk+ higher yet quantity was less, only the thing was great is cheese.)Visit again: HELL NO.FYI: I just realized Im actually furious on your establishment and I WANTED TO GIVE U GOOD REVIEW, BUT YOU FELL A PART.
