Poor service, they dont even provide a water bottle in room! Yaa you heard that right. No water. Though its a minimum service.Price is literally high with this kind of poor service.They need proper orientation - about hotel management (behaviour and service)

Located in Dhanmondi.I stayed here with my spouse for 2 days. I booked this hotel by telephone. The price for 1 day is 3500 tk. So many hotels in different countries I visited within 20-50 $. Comparing with them it was worse...3500 tk for BD is enough for an quality maintained hotel. But my experience in Ambala Inn was worse. First of all the room they given us there toilets flash was not working. Then they changed our room but they given us two single bed room for us. Okay I considered because Their room was not available. But the second rooms toilet light was not working. And for two person they gived one blanket. Then I stayed one night in that room. Then next morning I asked them is they have available family bed then I will change my room. Then they again change my room. All of this three room haf window AC. All of the AC made too much noise and that increase headed. Locker was full of dust.The breakfast they served in the morning was very bad, like rotten bananaStaffs was good...

The staff behaviour is good but hotel management failed to comply with corona virus protocol. Blanket was very old. Room was not neat and clean. Everywhere dust.

Its really good accommodation hotel for budget people. It is also in the center of Dhanmondi so people can go where ever they want more easily than other hotels.The view of the hotel is awesome .Interior is not luxurious but ok, environment of this hotel is 3 out of 5Food quality:Restaurant food quality is not bad at all, over all. The food is above average :)Recommend to budget loving people.

It was decent & clean. Rooms in the 3rd floors are much nicer. I was a little disappointed about the 1st floor rooms. But its a good location next to a mall and lots of good restaurants.

Poor service, avoid staying in this hotel.The room service is very lazy and doesnt responds to the phone calls. The complimentary breakfast menu is very limited compared to Eastern Residence in Banani and Razmoni Ishaka hotel which are the hotels in similar budget.The man present in the reception is very laid back,however the woman is quite helpful.I frequently visit to Bangladesh for business purposes and this was the first and final visit to this pathetic hotel. Unprofessional, bad attitude and they don’t know how to deal with their customer. Front desk people started arguing in front of customer...how funny. They charged more money than they mentioned to me over phone during the reservation. Simply stealing! Will never come here again!
