On the way back from Bata showroom (Farmgate) to buy 2 pairs of shoes for nephew-nephew, the floor of nephews shoes opened. I was very surprised to see such a decline in the quality of Bata shoes. Later I heard from many people that Bata is no longer Bata. Many have had such bad experiences. Today, their customer service was also very bad - I did not get a refund despite many requests. Everyone beware of buying discount shoes. This bata is no longer that bata.
