Couldn’t rate it much because of lack of trust! I haven’t got what I ordered most of the time. Once I ordered 2 set of face masks and some groceries. I got 1 face mask with groceries. when I asked about the other set of face mask the delivery man took that out from his pocket 😄.They have to go miles to become a professional e-commerce store. I think they are focusing more on valuation now 😊

Very bad experience and services. Ordered goods delivered after 4days. Some item they made delivery which not ordered. Also delivered item was not properly. Like ordered Najershahi rice but supplied minicate rice . After six days they called me return the goods without bring replacement. Ordered liquid milk but never delivered. In invoice it was in.... Etc etc. I told them today I am sorry to ordered you, please dont call me again for anything because now we are in lockdown situation and try to realise it.

I ordered last Tuesday, didnt give coriander powder, but took the whole money. The delivery man called in the afternoon and said he was bringing coriander. Didnt come. I called him the next day and told him my day off. The next day I called again, said I did not come today, you call the call center. I called, the first one took my complaint, said stay, the line was cut after a while. I called again, grabbed another one, he didnt understand me. I called again, someone grabbed me or said in a tone, you tell the delivery man, you have to take your money back from him. I said where can I find him? Then he said, OK, I will return it, then the next morning he called me and said I want money or product. I said product. I still havent got that product.I ordered again today, did not give three kg of sugar and cheese. This time I did not make any mistake, I paid the price excluding the price of three kg of sugar. I have been with Chaldal for so many years, I dont think I will order a little coriander powder from now on. And how are they, their employees do not come for two days (according to his commentary) and they have no search!

Order at 3pm Delivery at 9pm, bigger than that Customer service is very bad, like the line is not available, the phone tells you after a whileI am updating the order, then there is no search, and if I call the second time, the phone does not pick up, the delivery may be late but the customer is not addressed, just say the delivery man is on the way, the customer care is very bad,
