This branch of Persona located at Banani 11 near Banani-Gulshan connecting Bridge road.

Ive had really bad experiences with Persona in the past and I dont think I can really ever get over those. That being said, I keep going back because their staff (the ones that give the services, not the management staff) are really friendly and nice. Just hope theyd work a bit more on their social distancing and safety protocols.

I think it was always the best place for Spa and Facial services they provide. Its Facial services are really better than any other parlour. And also nice for getting ready and make up good quality.

I prefer Persona Banani among other branches of Persona. The service and hospitality is very good here. Besides being a member I get 10% points rewards or if I use BRAC Tara card for the payment, I get 9% discount which is good because the Services are quite expensive.

I am from USA and someone suggested me this beauty parlor during my visit to Bangladesh. I did facial and manicure in Banani branch. Every thing seemed great until I reached home to realize the facial girls stole money from my purse. During facial I hung my purse on the wall, the facial girls ( there were two who give this service- one does the face message and the other gives hands and legs message) took advantage of this opportunity and stole. I knew I won’t be able to recover the lost amount ( which was quite a bit) but I still thought to inform the management so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Unfortunately they just denied it saying they are reputed company and their girls ‘d never do such a thing!watch your purse when you are there, never will go there again

Persona is reputed and popular for their expertise for make-over... so if you dont mind looking like someone else, you can totally go there and they will get the job done... for hair grooming - those who have long hair, will be happy with whatever theoretical haircut they provide... but if you are someone who loves experimenting with hair and have short hair, dont go in there there, they will ruin it... but their facial and spa etc service is really good... ohh... they suck at eyebrow shaping when you have a critical pair of eyebrows... however, in this particular branch in Banani 11, near the Banani-Gulshan connecting bridge, above Banani Shwapno @ WBC tower, you will find them very cordial, caring, smiling and dynamic...

On 28th My daughter went on the occassion of her Gaye Holud. Her Mom & sister was also went togather. After they came back they were looking like monkeys. None appreciated. Horrible. Just making money.
