Mr Baker is pretty well known for their cakes. But their cakes are not always fresh. They charge high price but their cakes dont really taste rich and delicious. The cakes taste like cheaply made and nothing premium. Also many people received moulds on their cakes meaning they dont serve fresh items alm the time and also change their expiry date, which is sad. Please dont do these to ruin the hard earned reputation. I think if they upgraded their recipe and controlled their quality, it is still possible to gain 5star from the customers.

Really Disappointed with the cake I received today.I Had ordered a Princess Ariel (mermaid) cake for my 8yr old daughers Bday. When I took Delivery today the princess Ariel looked more like zombie rather than a princess.Really expected better service from Mr baker. Really really Disappointed.

Disgusting behavior from the person in charge. Asked him for another fork for my friend and he refused rudely saying that only one spoon can be give with one pastry. Such a shameful attitude towards the customers.
