WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER!!! They have a thing they call live chat which is neither live nor a chat. They usually reply on a chat hours after you write a message. I have been waiting for a reply to my message for more than 24 hours now but to no avail.They delivered my parcel to a different branch from where I live 25 kilometres away. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM NOT to send the parcel to that branch SEVERAL TIMES, but they did it anyway.They are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL bunch. They asked me for the nearest Sundarban Courier branch from me when I asked them about the delivery. They even gave me kind of a latent threat that if cant give them the address of the nearest branch they are going to send the parcel to the wrong branch anyway!!! First of all, THEY SHOULD KNOW the nearest point from me because they have my delivery address. When I told them that I dont even know which one is the nearest and they suppose to know that, they told me to ask the nearest shop. This doesnt even make any sense!!! What nearest shop!!! What does that even mean!!!After some google search, I provided them with the address of my nearest Sundarban branch. I wrote the address of the branch several times on the chatbox and they agreed to send the parcel to that branch, but they sent it to the wrong branch anyway. Now they are not answering my messages.

But they have some lacking which is for update product processing the need to push up from customer. I hope they will overcome it quickly. overall they have a good service.
