The place looked organised. I visited the place during noon and there were less employees behind the service desk than usual. You have to take a token and wait for your turn. Make sure you pick the right token as the token holds the category of product that you’ve come to take service on. The person who served me seemed nice and I had no trouble talking in detail. The individual took enough time to listen to me and noted down. The sitting positions could be less congested. You might need 15 to 30 minutes to get your serial so keep this in mind before planning on your visit.

As a Bangladeshi big electronics giant,i couldn’t expect how poor sale service there are.service center representatives were damn slow and not concern about the time. i came back home without taking their service waiting 45 mins.

They are providing after sales service for Walton products. I gave an air cooler for service. After few days, they called me informing that a spare part is not available. But after insisting, I got the job done.

I came here to get the servicing of the remote of my AC and I got informed by the customer representative that the remote of the ACs are not get serviced and only new remotes can be bought without warranty or guarantee by 1000 taka each. In this disaster situation money really matters and we are not the illegal money holders. I am not happy at all at their service to my silly issue, even I will take the issue to the relative authority for the better service of the poor people.

This service point is situated in very munch inside area of Chowdhury para in Khilgaon. It has been basically setuped in a residential building. This has not much corporate feeling but it has wide number of wings so that user of Walton can get faster service.

Getting more and more efficient by the days

The service and organization is nice. The environment is little dirty, not like corporate standard, need more improvement. Location is not very easy, it would be nice if they shift their point at main road. Not much crowded and easy to get service without hassle. Need three working day to deliver. Behaviour is nice and professional. Need to wait some time to get to the service manager.

Good service point. Once my refrigerator getting problem, knocked them, they send technician at my home. Technician suggest that it should send to service point. They picked the their own vehicle. After two days they returned it with showroom condition.

They are so much helpful. Nice customer services. Air-condition is available. This is located near Khilgaw, Taltola. They provide service all kinds of walton products. Like as motorcycle, television, air-condition, refrigerator etc.

Worst warranty service.Bought a TV in August 8, 16, and it went-down just after one month. Took the TV to Khilgaon service center on October 8, 2016. Its now more than 15 days, but no feedback from the worst possible ever service center. Although I was being assured to get my TV back within 72 hours. I have been calling the customer care over the past seven days -everyday!, and everyday someone very irresponsible say we are sorry but dont take any action neither give an update.

Waltons service charge is damn high unless youre in warranty policy. In mobile section they dont have enough manpower to service the long queue so youve to wait for a while. Environment is good and employees are friendly.
