This is a online shop and they have a physical store here in Dhaka. Shop is situated in the Elephant road , Multiplan center. Their website is pretty much enriched with gadgets. Their service is good enough mostly their call center. They respond quickly if you knock them. Quality of the products are just what they described in the website. Only issue is they dont provide warranty. But all other things are fine.

They provide a very poor pick up service. After making payment I had to wait a long time to get the clearance. I also wanted to buy a VR. But they were so busy to entertain me. I also witnessed other customers are shouting as they had some product related issues. Better not to go there.They have also charged me higher for this Google home. Another local company G&G is selling it at 9000. Which we come to know later.So over all a poor experience there.

This is the third time, they took an order but its not in their stock. The same thing happened to me twice before. If you dont have a product in your stock, why would you take my order and keep my money? A week wasted.

First of all it is not a shop because they do not have any display. If you go to their shop and ask for a product then they will ask you that will buy or just want to see, which is too funny. Today I visited their office/shop at sharp 5:50 pm and ask them to show me a product and they replied me to wait and that time they are serving another customer. After fifteen minutes one person of their shop come at 6:05pm and again ask methat will I buy or want to see the product and I replied him first I want to sell I will decide what to do but then he told me that their visiting hours end at 6:00pm and suggest me to leave. Isnt it funny or unprofessional !!! That is why I rated them one star. Think about their attitude before selling a product and what is going to be after selling that product. I advised them to be professional and serve your customer, Thank You.

Dont let yourself rip off by these scammers Don’t trust this Shop. The “3 days replacement guarantee” is not true, and the customer care service is disastrous.I ordered an Air purifier. When they delivered the product to my home, I realized that the product was not correctly mounted. Furthermore, the device gives error when trying to connect the dives trough the official APP to use the phone as a remote. But the worst is, the device has a Built-in sensor to detect current air quality and automatically detects which mode to switch to. But this sensor is showing all the time 001, that means as per this sensor, the Air is fully clean, and no need to be purified. I check it even in the street, beside a real sensor, the real one was showing 196 but the Air purifier device was showing again only 001. I called BDSHOP After many calls whit them, asking for the “ 3 DAYS REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE” that they offer, they send me a mail asking me to go whit the product to their shop. I placed my order in the web to have a home delivery, so I expect a Home service if any problem arise (as it should be in an On-Line Store) but they refused and asked me to go there (more than 1 hour away from my house). I send someone whit the product to their shop to have the replacement, but instead of this, they keep him waiting in the store for more than 2 hours and finally they gave back the same device, saying that they have “repair it”. But they didn’t, they only repaired the visible part which was not correct mounted, but the device is still facing the same problems. I paid 25,000.00 BDT for a damaged device, and they are not giving any solution, only wasting time to let pass the 3 days guarantee. The customer care service is disastrous, they don’t replay the mails, and every time I call them, a new agent attends the call without checking the record of the order. Pleasedont let yourself rip off by this scammers!!!!UPDATE 07/02/2020Once again, you´r lying.1st: your saying you delivered the ítem 24 hours after placing the order. I placed my Order January 31st, you delivered on 3rd February…24Hours??2nd:You say you delivered the product brand new and intact. Check the pictures, that is really Intact for you??3rd The person who I send there is my driver, he don’t even have a smartphone, he don’t know about technology, you played whit that, he was not able to check anything.4th You send it back only after my confirmation over phone. Again a lye, over phone I asked you to get a replacement, you denied it and send back the damaged product. STOP Lying.5ft After getting back the product at home, Is still facing the same problem. The build-in sensor don’t detect the pollution, and the device is unable to connect to my phone. See attached pictures.I agree whit you in one point “In the world nothing is perfect and for the case of Electronics devices there could be an issue” But if the company is trustable and serious, they solve the issue, and you didn’t solve it. The product is not working well and you don’t give any solution. So, I can’t reconsider my review, I really regret to buy in your shop. And I hope people are aware about your bad behavior against your customers. If you are a really good and trustable company, learn from your mistakes and solve the issue instead of giving fake excuses.

Stock management, credit management, refund management are very poor. They do sell authentic products but sometimes they misrepresent product info. Tried to review in their site but they did not publish the review.

Bdshop is one of the ecommerce websites that sells electronics products online. The office of Bdshop is located at Multiplan Centre in Elephant Road, Dhaka. There is no display of products here. It only processes the orders and send the via percel. The place is not crowded. But the sales persons are cordial and helpful in their behaviour. I like the place very much.

BDSHOP charged me 1.5 times price today 7 March 2020- please cross check their prices before you order. I bought BOYA M1 microphone from BD shop multiplan computer city delivery center by 1200 taka and after 10mins I found another shop at Multiplan center who sold the same product to me by 800 taka. I ended up with 2 products now and going to give one to my friend as a gift. Angry,😐😐😐with BDSHOP.
