Im Bangladeshi living in Maldives. I have dollar account in SBI Maldives since 2012 till date. I have tried to call Dhaka office regarding some suggestions but no reply.Can anyone help me here with some information?1. Is it possible I can withdraw money from Bangladesh SBI branch?2 I have Mastercard debit.3. I might have to back home due to ওর a. I cant go sbi because of lock down.I need some suggestions please help me with the information

Motijheel SBI Bank Branch staff is just Careless staff I had ever seen in Bank sactor, they start office after 10am, I had been few days at 10am for deposit but never get service people at 10am to 10:30am. What a Bank look like without parent (orphan). Management should take proper steps for those types of issue. It is 10:23am now still I couldnt able to deposit at SBI Bank Motijheel Branch.

Security guard behaving very poor. And under steamed on the customer.No Help support centre in Bangladesh. Face any problem , solves only bank people or suppers this problem ending you!!!!

Worst service i have ever had...poor customer service..they didnt pick the phone call.. my personal experience is very much pathetic with them...my suggestion is try to avoid this branch.. their management system is very much poor..

Very few general banking I agree but if you have corporate banking and business with India than they are very help full.To get positive answer to get Indian Visa you must go to this bank to endorse your passport with few hundred dollars.They dont have enough branch here except major cities in Bangladesh.
