I regularly bought and used Singer Products .. I got TVs and AIr Conditioning of Singer and also referred a lot to buy their products to my friends .. However, their current management at Banglamotor showroom is total disaster .. Also after sales service is not good as well .. I had a very bad experience recently while purchasing an Android TV, as a regular customer they must have my database and thus I can buy products at installments .. But they deleted all my database and make me sat for 30 minutes at their showroom .. instead I crossed the road and got my Android TV from Rangs and I am not going to Singer again .. Totally garbage management and showroom staffs ..
