Im staying in Krishna Sura 15C, 18A.Enough space to get Fresh air and nice view from every corner of any building.Big and wide street inside the project.Cool environment for walk at evenings.

Nice residential area. Environment is awsome. It will take more time for better communication with this area. Without personal vehicle it is difficult to live there now.

RAJUK Uttara Apartment Project Building. The lined buildings can be seen from a great distance in a very beautiful environment. The vast Uttara Lake 12 has a beautiful bridge next to the perfek place for improved housing and there is access to this RAJUK project. The depot and station of Uttara Metrorail are very close to this project. It is very easy to get out of here and go to Shahbag via Farmgate via Mirpur and there are well-equipped facilities here and it is another place to live..

Undoubtedly the best place to live around Uttara... this is a very well planned area of Uttara situated in Sector 18 aka diabari... the only problem is lack of good public transport in and out of the area... the ones that are available are some what expensive for daily travel due to professional needs (Office and businesses)

Very decorative and colourful apartment complex of RAJUK at Sector 18, Uttara. The place is well connected to Mirpur embankment road to the West and through Dia bari to Airport to the East. The apartment complex enriched the skyline of Dhaka. The area is well secured and internal roads are of good standard. The entire area has wide footpath. The place is definitely the least polluted in Dhaka. This is a complete town within a town. The tenants enjoy lake view, aircraft landing and River View from their flats.

Newly built residential area with all modern facilities adjacent to the main city. Good to live but need to develop transportation and communication system.

There are plans to build 15,036 nos flat in 179 nos 16-storied building of different sizes. Construction work of 1275 sqft net area flats is ongoing in A Block of this Project. Among of 79 nos building 67 nos building construction work is going on full swing in the field level. In the meantime R.C.C framework of 10 nos 16-storied building (including one basement) has been finished and brick-wall, plaster work, grill and door frames fittings including finishing items work is going. More than 4,000 nos flats of 1275 sqft net area in A Block have already been given allotment to different categories of people. Now application in prescribed Form for the allotment of rest 2500 flats (Type-A net 1275 sqft.) are receiving. Application will be received upto 31st January, 2016. Honorable Minister, Ministry of Housing and Public Works Engineer Mosharrof Hossain has declared that flats will be started handed over among the allotees by next December/ 2016. Necessary steps are being taken to comply with this commitment. On the other hand, construction work of 8,400 nos flat in 100 nos 16-storied building in Block-B and Block-C of this project is almost in final stage on G to G basis with Government of Malaysia through Commercial and Technical management.

Roads are too good. Clean and well shaped. Playgrounds are nice. Beautiful masjid/mosque. Well builds apartments. Totally its so cool. I also stay here. Buildings names are too nice. I love this place.

RAJUK didn’t keep their commitments. This project is unfinished, no good restaurant is available. Inside the flat, fittings are terribly bad. I love the roads and space inside/outside of the project, but there are lot to be done.

Dhaka Cadet City is built on the banks of the Turag River. The purpose of the capital development authority is to build this city. Reduce peoples pressure and traffic from the headquarters Dhaka. For this reason, concerned persons of the Capital Development Authority sell flats at Chip Rate in Dhaka or Cadet City. So that middle-income people start buying flats here. There are interesting punch bowls, Dia Ghar Road, Diabari Bridge and Sector 1 to 18. Besides, there is a pleasant atmosphere and many open spaces. The purpose of the Capital Development Authority is to build about 8000 apartment buildings here. Currently, 180 apartment buildings have been completed. The Capital Development Authority sells flats at a discount to people on any occasion.

Very tranquil & placid residential area developed by RAJUK. All the building get plenty of gentle breeze as they are maintain reasonable distance. Morning sunlight always touches every building. A lake containing huge water with a smooth walkway is running by this residential area. Metro rail track is passed by this residential area. A desirable residential area away from busy & over crowded city area. In near future it will be a most demanded green residing place of Dhaka city.

Playing zone is available in the project naming RAJUK Uttara Apartment Project. Required parking is also available in the RAJUK Uttara Apartment Project. I like the project. But in the present situation self vehicle is needed to stay in the project.

Transport facilities not available, but rent is very cheap, 3 bedrooms, drawing, dining, 3 bathrooms cost only BDT 10000 only

I think that it should be the largest apartment project for RAJUK. It is suited in sector 18 Uttar which is localy called by Dia Bari. It has a great facilities for young child with a lot of community spaces. You may enjoy a lake view . Moreover if you want to participate a hiking trip into the bush, it should be a perfect place for this.
