I just came back home after visiting this shop, and I received brilliant customer service. I explained that I needed a standing mirror, to view the back of my head as I plan to cut my own hair, the staff immediately showed me the mirrors and recommended me a good one. Thank you very much!

Went there with a friend today, left absolutely upset and very hurt by their poor customer service and discrimination. I do not understand what ethnicity had to do with being treated with kindess, but it seemed as i wasnt tamil or Bangladeshi enough to be treated with fairness. If the owner is reading this review- please look at the harshness the workers display and their very judgemental behaviour - its the 21st century, and we should treat ALL people with respect and love, not just the ones that look like us. Very Dissapointed. Neither me nor my friend will come back until your employees are changed. I do not recommend at All.

I visited from Trinidad recently. I walked all of green street looking for the right outfit. Eventually went back to Simran because they had the most unusual outfits. Eventually bought one. Wore it this weekend to a wedding and everyone loved it. Customer service was excellent and we even got a discount after a discount. Wish I could post the pic! See you soon again!

Beautiful outfits and the prices are reasonable. Yes, theres a catch - customer service really isnt their forte - left after waiting around endlessly. Blatant disregard, felt like I was quite the burden, the audacity to visit and to interrupt their calm. Steer clear.

So much choice in one shop! Went to Southall and shopped all of green street but couldnt find any shops with so much variety. Bought a couple of dresses from Simran and even received a discount. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic quality! Ordered 2 dresses for my daughters came exactly the right size- although it did take more time than expected ( otherwise would have rated 5 stars) i still would highly recomend

Worst shop in Green st!We ordered clothes and the colours came out wrong, we twisted our words, apparently. Customer service was rubbish, one of the workers was even aggressive. One of the workers said to us and I quote Dont ever shop here again. I wouldnt recommend shopping here.Response to the response:How were you going to solve the problem?The wedding is on the 11th, you cant have produced five outfits within a week when it took 2 months to make it in the first place. And you couldnt even give us the full five outfits! Of course we were in a hurry for a refund as we had limited time to buy new outfits as well as accessories. We only spoke that way after your staff spoke to us inappropriately.What ever happened to the customers always right?

I went there to shop while I was visiting my family last month and I had the worst customer service experience ever!! I have been shopping in Green street for over 10 years but never had such a poor customer service. I went to buy a salwar kameez or lehenga and ended up buying a sharara set which I was not very sure of since I had never worn a sharara and I had wanted it in yellow colour but they did not have it in my size so I bought it in light pink.I went home and tried it on and my family said they did not like it and the colour looked dull. I only tried it once at home and did not wear it out for any event.I went straight back to Simran Collection and asked them to exchange it since they said they would not refund it. They do not give any discounts either. I was fine with exchanging it. Then the manager started looking into the sharara that I had brought back and said that I have worn it!! Also that I have removed the tag and reattached it!!When I said, I only tried it once at home and have not worn it out or removed the tag, he said , customers always buy and then wear it and bring it back for exchange or refund. They always do that!!!He kept accusing me that I have already worn it and that I have removed and reattached the tag. I lost my cool at this and said I will never buy from them again. I am a respectable customer and I have my values, why would I do that. I was simply telling the truth. I did not ask for refund, just exchange and did not ask for any discount.When he saw that I was upset about what he said, he said he will give the lehenga I chose (which was 20 pounds more than the sharara I was exchanging for), at the same price and said I will not have to pay 20 pounds extra for the lehenga. Then he was talking on the phone with his brother (owner) who said not to give the discount. He came back to me and said, sorry you have to pay 20 pounds extra. I had already bought the lehenga and was heading out at this time, I quietly came back and gave the said amount and headed out vowing never to come back!!.

Absolutely horrible. Never shopping there again and have told many friends and family about our horrible experience. We had decided on an outfit and were paying and were undertaking regular Green Street bartering, the lady put the price down and we asked any further discounts as is the NORM, she then changed her tune and said we dont even do discounts were fixed price and then she said I only said the first price to you because we didnt think you were going to buy from us! What logic is that? There is bartering on green street and then there was the uncultured shouting and finger pointing which took place in simran collection. No customer service knowledge, we asked for a certain sizes and about lining and they gave less facts and more opinion. We know which outfit fits us and is comfortable. Maybe try one of the more experienced stores around you to learn HOW to treat customers. Absolutely DISGUSTING. We only bought it from there because it was the only store where we found matching outfits. Yes we did let the staff know before we left about how unhappy we are on the service.

Ready wear good quality. BEWARE do not place a special order - very poor quality/ waste of money!!
