Ideal society to stay close to kalyan but away from hustel... Only one is road from main village is not tht great

Under construction 14 building project . Few building are complete and possession given to owner. Need your own bike for daily traveling to Kalyan . Roads to reach are not good till now.

1) Late possession.2) poor maintenance :- Builder have not paid electricity bill even after collecting maintenance. TORRENT Power disconnected power supply (Check photo)3) Water is contaminated. Water filter is not working.4) Poor construction :Water leakage seen during mansoon.

There is very low space for water tank above Bathroom.sometime light is dim.in rainy season drinking water is not pure so builder supplies the drinking water.after the society foundation we have to arrange this own.this all about vrundawan society near baapgaon naka
