Devabandha Ganesh temple Ganesh idol was established on 12 February 1986. At the same time, there is a Sahyadri tribal multi-service team in which people take care of this temple and operate a sewing machine for their own livelihood. Besides, Nirgudi oil, ova extract and cow urine made by the tribals are also available at reasonable prices.

For the last twenty years, a project of Sahyadri tribal multi-service team has been underway at Deobandh-Nashera in Mokhada taluka of Thane district. The population of the forest community is about 90 percent of the area. There should be various social awareness programs along with social, educational, economic, developmental plans of the indigenous community. For this purpose, the plan of Shri Sundar Narayan Ganesh Sanskar Kendra came true. Mr. On Sundar Narayan Ganesh Sanskar Kendra, a beautiful monument was erected at Deobandh. At. Vasantrao Dixit visited the institute to establish the beautiful Ganesh idol. This was done on 1st February, 1969. Thousands of residents of the area and a large number of citizens from Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Kalyan, Dombivli and other cities had come for this event. Every year the anniversary of Maghi Ganesh Jayanti is celebrated in grand form.Since the inauguration of Shri Ganesh Murthy, many residents of this area have begun to visit brothers and sisters. Many of the resident brothers have come and performed Bhajan Kirtanandi programs themselves. It has become an inspiration to many in the area. Like the Government Center, various activities have been started.
