This a small temple on the banks of river Karli. You can get a good view of the quite and calm river from here. Just few metres away from this place river meets the sea at devbagh Sangam. Morning view at sunrise is very good from here.

Edit : 19 NOV 2020- Visited Devbaug again and this temple too. Morning Bhajan at 6 AM is as surreal as it was earlier. If you are visiting Devbaug then dont miss it at all. Every morning at 6 AM there is prayer. Hearing the Bhajan Rama re live will touch your soul for sure. Thanks me later.Vitthal temple situated at Devbag beach.
